The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable with tasteful decor. The room rate was an exceptional value.

The location perhaps lends itself to inconsiderate other guests. I was awakened at 12:30 a.m. by a vehicle parked outside my room window playing loud music. When it didn't stop, I called the front desk, and they said they would address it. The occupants of the vehicle were eventually persuaded to turn off the music and come inside at about 1:15 am. Fortunately, the staff allowed me a late check out the next day, and I was able to get some additional music free rest.

The bed/ pillows were so comfortable. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was better than most of those at other motels. It was near the area where my family lives so that was convenient. Bathroom, although quite small had a nice shower and other fixtures. AC was quiet when running. All other items in good working order like tv, hair dryer, fridge, etc. Linda at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The key card entry was difficult to open the door. Had to try multiple times....every time. Room is too dark. Could use a floor lamp or additional lamp near the Closet area.

I love this property, this is my 4th time staying here and the staff are very friendly and accommodating and the owners will help with what ever you need

The Wi-Fi stopped working for a week but that’s only thing what was wrong

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is clean, updated, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk and breakfast ladies were lovely as well.

We don't usually stay at these budget hotels so, I can't speak to anything underwhelming. We paid a lot more than we should have because it was a home game weekend.

The sheets smelled great. First and only motel in our 12 day vacation where the sheets smelled good. And the place was immaculate. Actually, everything was perfect. We were leery because we were out in the boonies, but no problems.

Eeks, we were surprised to see a prison nearby. But no worries whatsoever.

Loved how kind the staff was. Though the building itself is a bit outdated. The current staff has done everything they can to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

There was an odd smell in the hallway, though k believe it is related to age. Not a negative scent. Think of the smell of the haunted mansion.

Staff was very nice, rooms were clean

Blow dryer was broken to pieces so non usable. Neighbors were very loud until after midnight (@ No fault of staff/owners!) Grandkids were very sad the pool was closed which made us sad. No notification pool was closed until we got to the pool door.

Very nice staff. Whole hotel is non smoking and smells and looks clean. Large well keep parking lot. Requested a king room and was given a king suite. Good sized room. Everything was clean, bed was really comfortable and I wanted to steal the pillow I slept with, just the right amount of squish. Nice room. Quiet.

Bathroom was small, and the last 2 Quality Inns we stayed at have the shortest toilets we have ever seen. Pet friendly but really only for dogs. Cats allowed IF kept crated for the ENTIRE stay. How does that work??

Staff was understanding and cooperative.

The fact that when an item in the dining area was ACCIDENTALLY broken, it was considered an incidental expense to the customer. Ultimately expense was covered by receptionist.

It’s State prison adjacent. Maybe that would be helpful to know. Slightly hesitant to stay initially after arrival. Outdated facility at a glance but the room itself was very nice
