this quality inn was not nearly up to par as the quality inn that I stayed at before this one. this is where I was talking about where they are owned by a different entity and they don't know what a first class motel actually is

It's just a caulking in the bathroom. it's dirty. it has like mold on it. you cannot clean it. you need to cut it out and re-caulk it. My room had four decaffeinated coffees. I went to try to trade them in. the lady could not speak English so it took me a half hour to get two packages of regular coffee. The wallpaper in the bathroom is starting to separate from the wall. just little things like this I'd say in another year this one won't be worth staying in!

This was the perfect stop over on my long drive to Mount Vernon, Iowa to see my son. I loved that it was close to the interstate, well lit and safe, especially in relation to parking, and that I was able to have my dog stay with me for a nominal fee. The courtyard room was perfect for my dog and made it simple to take him out to do his business. We will definitely stay here again in the future for the stop over on the long drive.

It's location was easy to access from the interstate. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was remodeled, and had all the amenities expected. We didn't utilize the pool area, but looked like it would be fun during the day if weather permitted. We stayed with our family of four on the way through to Denver, and would stay there again!

It wasn't a problem for us, but would imagine the outdoor access only to rooms may be more challenging in colder weather!

I was charged two different amounts for the same night. This was my first time using Bookit. I just received my Visa bill and see I was charged twice for one night and only 1 room. Is there any way this can be resolved?

The breakfast was the problem. Waffle make had burned on leftovers and the staff woman was sitting behind the counter with her cell phone. Tables could have been wiped off. She did clean the waffle maker when asked but not well. There was no utensil to remove the waffle.

the staff were so lovely, helpful and they really cared. my reservation from a reservation site was messed up and they fixed immediately

very clean. the lobby and breakfast room were very comfortable and welcoming breakfast was standard fare but setup with pride. the selection was great and very tasty

The exterior of the facility is in desperate need of a facelift however our room appeared to have been remodeled and was very nice. The 308 restaurant on site was exceptional with good dining options. The hotel staff was very friendly

Refrigerator, microwave, and the pillows. Lots of toilet paper and kleenex.

This time, there was some one parked in front of room, so I had to park two spaces down, but enough angle to carry my stuff in.

Friendly staff, good food at the restaurant, clean pool, large hot tub, comfortable beds, liked having a little fridge and microwave in the room.

Very nice room. Check inwas friendly and helpful. I especially liked the room location, outside entrance right to the pet area. Pet area very nice.

Charge too much for a dog.
