Nice hotel! Good price for the room and inexpensive pet fee. Easy on and off from the freeway, set back from road enough so there was no street noise. Good parking lot, well lit. Within a block of restaurants and fast food places. Full hot breakfast, nice warm atmosphere. Got a pet friendly room that was easy to get to from the parking lot, close to ice machine vending and laundry, but not close enough to hear for traffic or the machines. Had a fridge, microwave and comfortable beds.

Bed pillows were pretty hard, and the drain in the vanity sink was slow.

Pool area is amazing. Room was spacious. Nice breakfast setup. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The pool was uncomfortably warm. Air in the room wouldn’t get lower than 74 and made a ridiculous noise. If you don’t get to breakfast before 9, there isn’t anything left to eat except grab and go items. Unfortunately this hotel is obviously finding it difficult to find staff. One woman was running the front desk for checkout and trying to manage the breakfast area, which is probably why she couldn’t get it refilled. We felt bad for her, that is way more than one person can physically do.

It was a Great place to stay at! We loved this place and will for sure come back very friendly, had the extra towels I requested at check in, very clean room and place, had a big nice pool and hot tub they don’t list the hot tub on there web site not sure why it was HUGE & felt Great! We travel back and fourth from utah to indiana 6 or more times a yr, this is the place to stay at! There breakfast was outstanding for sure hot and anything you want they have! Thanks best western hotel!

Good location, clean facility, friendly staff. We appreciated having a bigger refrigerator for our longer stay.

Might be time to replace the mattresses and pillows. They weren't horrible, but there were dips in the middle of the mattresses.

Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Better than most restaurants! Eloy is one of the most respectable and polite nite shift attendants. And Miss Katie, she’s the best Manager I’ve ever met. Totally concerned that everything was perfect and met my needs.

The cable TV lost its local channels off and on during my 4 night stay.

the breakfast area is rather small but the food items were adequate except for no whole milk, cheap walmart brand yogurt and the bacon was very fatty, so did not like those items. the pool and hot tub sides were scummy.

Breakfast was better than most hotel particularly the fresh scrambled eggs and oatmeal. Registration staff at check-in and the lady who worked the front desk and breakfast area (she was very busy) was very efficient and friendly. Your night staff recommended La Margarita Restaurant which was an excellent choice with quality food and fair prices. Bests, Mike Galbreath

Excellent choices for the breakfast each day we were staying. The food was very appealing and had good flavor. The area was kept clean and inviting.

everything! we’ve had such bad luck traveling and getting not great hotels. this one exceeded our expectations so much! 100 percent would stay again and will always try to make this a stop along the way. staff was kind and wonderful and went above and beyond to be helpful

We stayed only one night while traveling through. We were very pleased with the accommodations they were very clean and comfortable. They had a small gym and a very large indoor pool area with a separate hot tub. They had a very nice hot breakfast. I believe this hotel was a great value for a reasonable price.
