The maid cleaning service was awesome had everything just perfect and i didn't even know if thay were there really nice people there working . And then this is a new app it works smoothly and the reservations 💯 it was instantly done when I walked up to the counter nice.

After checking out I did have some miscellaneous one bag to store while I waited for my ride and they wouldn't have anything to do with me quite rude not helpful and it was like I was a burden to the day the restaurant was no waiting and really nice outstanding little servers cute too I'm single I get to say that . So they couldn't at least have a locker area or something both times when they have Boston pound or at least a bag that's ridiculous

Just passing through town. Our usual chain hotel was booked. Decided to try the Super 8. I'm glad we did. The price was half what we usually pay at chain hotels, and the room was spectacular! All completely remodeled, super clean-no carpet, with a comfy bed and very quiet. I loved that the sink area and tub/toilet area are separate. The restaurant even allowed us to order delicious rib eye, even though we showed up at 7:56 and they close at 8 pm. Super 8 @ Bonanza Casino will be our new stop in Fallon.

We could have used 4 pillows instead of 3 on the queen bed and a blow dryer in the bathroom. Both are extremely minor details considering all the positives!

Beds and pillows are a little hard. Plus, there was a $300 deposit that wasn't mentioned anywhere. We were made aware of it at check-in. But the staff worked with us. So just know that there is, in fact, a $300 deposit. The staff at JD Slingers are great.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Front desk clerk welcoming, and polite. Small casino there with a lot of slot machines from the oldies to newer ones - plus “help yourself style” free coffee and soft drinks.

Can’t think of anything that I didn’t like about this establishment.

Location is on Williams which is one of the two main streets in town and is pretty close to a few restaurants, gas stations and mall, not that Fallon is a huge town. Check-in is actually inside the casino and not in the building my room was in. Not sure if there are rooms in the casino as well like in some Vegas hotels. Staff was friendly. Room generously sized. Bed comfortable. Carpet especially was cleaner than in last room I had here so that was a big plus.

Would've liked a room on ground floor so I didn't have to schlep so much up the stairs. Room could use a little freshening up as it has a slightly old, well-used feel.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We needed a handicap room, they did not have one, but the moved us to 1st floor by the entrence.

I purchased for extra $10/ night / person for the breakfast, They informed us that that feature was not turned off. They apologized, this need to be fixed and refunds offered to guest that paid for this feature.

The sign in lobby is none smoking but the casino smoke filters in the lobby. Though the hall ways to the rooms are nice and don't smell. There was no breakfast just Danish rolls at the front desk. The room was clean but you can tell it was an old hotel and it needed some tlc.

There were people hanging around the vehicles in the parking lot smoking and talking. It would have been nice if the people had not been smoking by the vehicles and our window. They could hang out someplace else.

All the staff at the desk and on the casino floor very friendly

I ate at the dinner in the casino, I'm pretty sure everyone working in the restaurant was high on something. The junkie waitress I got was extremely rude and unwelcoming

better air filtration in the casino area so it isn't so cigarette smoke smelling

The location was good and the restaurant that was connected is very good.

I made a reservation and called about 8 PM saying I would be late maybe after midnight. Didn’t get there till 2:30 AM and found out that booking..com canceled my reservation possibly due to no-show? Luckily they still had room available for me.
