The price was within reason, and it had a variety of food options, so you didn't have to leave if you didn't want to. There was a large selection of casino fun located in a good spot for travel or walking.

The casino waitresses weren't friendly at all, and prices of food and shops were quite high compared to some other casinos and shops. Overall things were clean and our room was clean. However, there were a few drops of blood on our toilet paper when we first arrived, and it was still unused and had the point at the end. I also wish the rooms came standard with a fridge because we ended up spending lots of money on food and drinks but wasted more then we'd like because we didn't have a fridge to keep things from going bad.

I would have liked if the rooms had a fridge. also if the windows in the rooms were cleaned from the outside as the dust ruined the view would recommend the resort tower as my friend had the royal and room wasn’t as nice

Breakfast seemed a bit limited at the buffet. Not enough breakfast choices. But the lunch we had the previous day was very good, lots of choices. Would like to see more breakfast choices, like eggs Benedict, corned beef hash, chicken fried steak, more like a restaurant has.

When I went to park in the Excalibur parking lot, I asked if this was where I should park for Excalibur, and the attendant said yes, and I told him we were going to the hotel, and he has me insert my debit card into the machine. I didn't know until I checked in that I had paid for stadium parking, and paid 25 dollars. But the check in guest service agent in Excalibur fixed it by attaching the credit to my room key. I still think I over paid by a little, and the parking attendant should have asked if I was going to the football game or was a hotel guest!

LOVED the breakfast buffet with the momosa bar. Yum! Comfortable bed, quiet and clean room for the most part.

Coffee at breakfast buffet tasted like instant coffee, did not match level.of buffet food. Some obvious wear and tear on room's carpet. Baseboard pulling away from the wall. Scuff marks on both beds' top cover. .Remains of some squished bug on bathroom vanity.

The rooms were next to each other connected with a door. they had comfortable bedding, pillows, and ac was cold.

On my early arrival one of my rooms was not ready. Staff there told me they would call me as soon as it was ready. I was in one room cramped with all my family and never was called. I ended up going around 6 o clock to check it out and it had been ready since 3 pm. I was furious that we were not called and then to top it off, we could not be compensate any way nor a discount.

When I arrived, I was charged an additional $155.00 for the stay. That was in addition to the $136.00 that I paid when I made the booking through you folks. I WAS.VERY DISAPPOINTED and may not use Booking again.

I checked in online and was given a first story dark room facing a block wall, was like a cell. But when I asked for a room with natural light the staff accommodated right away. The air conditioner was broken, the tech who came requested replacement, but whoever came didn't replace it. So the first guy had to come back and replaced it. The head engineer said I would be credited 2 days of resort fees for my inconvenience, he said about $80, but I didn't see a reduction in my bill. I would appreciate the $80 credit he told me i would receive. All the staff were very nice.

Not receiving the credit promised. Other than that all the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Located in a good position on the strip, and was the most affordable room on the strip when I booked.

The new mobile check-in was a hassle. Would rather deal with someone at a desk. Room numbering was orginally confusing (and mobile instructions didn't indicate what tower).

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good value for money, really nice place. The building is reaaally nice on the outside and inside. Nice shows in the hotel.

I didn’t like that the pool closed at 5pm!!!! No!!! Yall need to fix that at least till 7 or 8pm. And i needed a pair of scissors to cut my shirt so i went down to security asked could i borrow a pair and bring them right back, she said no!!! It a liability or something/etc… and made a big deal about the scissors. I understood. But then i asked her can i bring my shirt down and cut it in her presence she still decline me and what I needed to do, stating that she’s NOT going to loose her job for letting me use a pair of scissors. She was very rude. I didn’t get her name but it was a Sunday evening About 4-4:30 on 7/30/2023. Very rude!!! Thats the only issue I had was about me using a pair of scissors.
