Rooms were clean, great, service was good. We ran into the cleaning crew two times (one in the morning, the other in the afternoon), both times staff was very friendly and noticed some things to add. The toilet was acting up and they immediately sent a mechanic to fix it which came around within 30 mins. Overall there was a good level of cleanness to the hotel that was greatly appreciated.

Some minor things, the shampoo and conditioner bottles weren't great. The conditioner is really hard to get out due to the bottles being relatively solid. Another small point was some of the additional offerings they had, which were not explained all that well. The 50 dollar credit per day was supposedly only spendable on areas around the pool whereas initially we thought it was all the food places around the venue. A little bit more explanation at the reception would've helped to explain that properly.

This is a brand new five star property with elegant decorative rooms with fabulous views of Las Vegas strip and mountains. All staff is extremely service conscious and accommodating. The entrance foyer is completely remote from the casino with high ceilings and a gigantic display of fresh long stem roses at the center. The casino is laid out in a circular design with an elevated round bar and lounge at the center covered by a gigantic chandelier consisting of translucent hanging rectangular glass. Definitely on par with Bellagio standards, but at the north end of The Strip. The food court on the third floor provides fast but high end food, like a sushi roll stand as well as fine dining restaurants.

The pool on the third floor was still closed and parts of the property are still under construction.

Each time we stayed here, the experience has been great. Basically a second home when visiting Las Vegas. The Pilates classes were great and the instructors on Thursday and Friday mornings were helpful and gave a solid workout. The gym staff were super friendly as well. The rooms are spacious, clean and very detailed with the smell and color detail. I love the pool area and the food court was great with some solid options.

Awesome amenities, great view, superb room controls (central controls), great bathroom and beauty products, nice bedding and clean room. WiFi was amongst the fastest I experienced in a hotel room ever, with a speedtest reaching over 400 Megabits in download.

If I am paying north of 500 dollars a night I expect to at least have the water be free in the minibar if not also soft drinks and snacks.

Quiet location off the strip, clean didn’t reek of cigarettes, very attentive staff, well equipped and maintained gym and a good balance of food choices.

No complaints.

Best hotel gym on this planet!

Would have expected a bit more high-tech in the room. Also the phone did not properly work/bad connection when calling reception/in-room dining.

The resort is so new and everything feels refreshed and high-end. I like that there is easy access to dining at different levels, and the prices are not insanely high. Foods are of high quality and tasted. My favorite part is the gym. It is much bigger and better equipped than the one at Wynn or Trump or Cosmopolitan. I'll come back for the gym for sure. I can see this hotel getting better in the future, even though it might had a little bit of difficulty at the very first couple months. Staff were nice to me. Even the cleaning crew would stop and greet me.

I didn't like the check in and check out arrangement. It has different lines and it's confusing which one I should take. People come later than me got to check in faster in another line, which is not fair for me. Same with check out. I don't like that check out has to take place at the front desk. Self-check in and out services should be provided.

It was so clean, so beautiful and such great amenities. We ate at Papi Steak and loved it, the Tavern and the food court. Everything was so great!

It is a bit further up the strip but it has a lot of amenities so you don't really have to leave much. My one piece of feedback would be, adding coffee machines in the room, the wait for coffee downstairs in the cafe were so long in the morning :( One other thing that I recognize is out of the control of the hotel, but should be addressed somehow... the festival grounds were across the street from our room and they started playing heavy metal music at 830 am on Saturday which woke us all up. It was pretty awful given we were out until 4 am. If they could work with the festival grounds to mitigate this in the future, that would make it a more pleasant experience.
