The room was clean and spacious. All the staff members I interacted with were so friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice and the water felt cool and refreshing even when the temperature was above 100. I got the paid breakfast option both days of my stay and felt like I got my money's worth. Nice little convenience store in the lobby with a good selection.

Not the most ideal location, you have to take a car to get pretty much anywhere, although that's true for most of Vegas outside of the strip.

Staff gave us a large room for us and our children. The pool was perfect for young kids who had just been in the car for 8 hours. My husband and I couldn't get a rideshare back to the hotel from the strip because it was a super busy night so we walked back to the hotel. Not ideal but doable in a pinch!

The staff had a little trouble finding our reservation. It wasn't entirely their fault though because I booked though Booking.com and when we asked to use my moms Hilton rewards the name on the reservation was changed to my moms name.

Friendly, competent staff. Clean room, and I am glad that it did not smell of air freshener.

Although the laundry soap residue smell was subtle on towels and sheets, I wish that hotels would use a truly fragrance-free laundry soap like I and so many others use at home.

Great room, very comfortable bed, polite stuff and nice gym.

Poor customer service, problems with the European card before arrival (the advance payment was blocked by the bank as being treated as a suspicious transaction), I called the hotel to make sure my booking is valid, inform about the issue and to confirm that we will arrive and pay upon check-in. Had unpleasant conversation with the manager who said we had to arrive by 6pm otherwise our booking will be cancelled! A very stressful situation, no understanding or openess to help from the crew

New and modern-simple interior design, I really liked it. Everything felt clean and well kept. Enjoyed the quiet room and the very comfortable bed during my stop-over stay.

Kinda far off everything, namely the Strip. Walkable, but it's not a nice walk. Breakfast very extremely poor, I felt like it wasn't worth $16.

A very clean and nice hotel with a great continental breakfast. Conveniently right across the freeway from the strip. I paid for 2 separate rooms, and they kindly offered connecting rooms, which i loved.

Secure parking structure located close to the rooms, clean rooms with the best AC with temperature control in the room. Shower was great too. Unlimited hot water oh and the complimentary coffee was dark, rich and they had the right creamer.

The location is right around the strip. The staff is very nice and the parking lot is right next to the hotel (10$/day). They have a gym and the internet works good.

We had some hair in the bath.. which is a clear sign that the cleaning could do better. The usb charging ports didn’t work.. being an european traveler, the usb ports are very handy.
