Great facilities. Room was comfortable . Staff was attentive.

Not super secure location parking wise. Next to a "trailer park". Transients walking through the parking lot scoping out cars.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was courteous. Our room faced the parking lot making it super quiet. There was a fireplace in our room. Although it was too hot outside to use the fireplace, it added a nice ambiance to the room.

The location made my wife apprehensive upon our arrival. The entire hotel is pet friendly so we were concerned my wife would have an allergic reaction. Fortunately, the room was nice and clean and we both enjoyed our stay. The only problem with the room were the two chairs. The seat cushions sagged so bad, it was impossible to sit comfortably in them.

The front desk associate was extremely kind and was very familiar with their hotel. When I was admiring the antiques and furnishing she let me know that the antiques came from the owners personal collection! She gave me more information and made me feel extremely welcomed. I truly felt like this was a vintage luxury stay for a low price. They even had two sets of organic toiletries for guests to use!! I didn’t visit the casino end, but I loved that I could park right in front of the hotel entrance (parking was quick and easy!) and I could walk right into the lobby unlike most Vegas hotel/ casinos where you have to walk past the drunks and machines just to get to the hotel lobby, then battle the people and machines to get to your room! Super close to the airport and to Hoover dam and the cute little Boulder City. I truly was shocked by how much I liked it!!

I liked the antique decor and the cleanliness of the hotel room and hallways of the hotel.

The casino side is a different story. The bathrooms at the casino were not maintained from a cleanliness perspective. Floors had accumulated dirt in the corners so it seemed that not much attention was given to the casino bathrooms. The restaurant service was not up to par. Came in around 7a for desserts to go and waited 20 minutes at the “Please Wait to be Seated” with casino employees coming in and sitting down and getting waited on first. For 20 minutes, we were told to wait and after that time, we got up and left. We stayed two nights, but will not return to stay because we had to go eat and have entertainment elsewhere. Frustrated and disappointing…

the property was just as described and we were very pleased with how we were able to travel through without alot of hassle. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious.

it was never an issue but we were only passing through and didn’t want the headaches of Las Vegas traffic, parking and expenses so we drove last to Henderson. The property is next to low housing neighborhood, which because of our car packed raised some concerns, but everything was ok, no issues. we asked for a room facing the parking lot on the ground floor and parked in front of the car.

The room was beautiful, large, and very clean. We loved the themes throughout the hotel and restaurant. It’s one of the best hotels we stayed at in a while and the restaurant was delicious every time we went each time of day. They don’t have a kids menu but they made cute accommodations for our little one.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like about it. We were provided with everything we could have needed and some things we wouldn’t have even thought about (a bidet? So nice)

High class accommodations for middle class price! I appreciate the casino being on the other side of the property from the hotel. Convenient to enjoy either side without an overlap. The room was far larger than anticipated. The mattress was luxurious! The sheets were softer than expected.

My only wish for improvement would be to include a microwave or a toaster oven in the room. While it's great to have a refrigerator, it would be convenient to reheat my leftovers!

We liked the rooms because it had a an unobstructed view to our vehicle and in general because we were placed in a top floor which was quieter even though next door there was a dog in the next room and another one down the hall. Also the food in the restaurant was not bad and it was also quieter than the “brand name” restaurant/hotel chains… loved the charm of the path less taken

Couldn’t expect any better for a smaller hotel brand.

All interaction with each staff member. They really have great customer service. I liked the more edge of desert location as I am not a big fan of the strip and enjoyed the peace and quiet of this property even though it does have a casino. I also liked the hotel entrance being separate from the casino even though it is connected around the corner and easily accessible.

I did not realize that there would not be a refrigerator or Microwave in the room but I take responsibility for not noticing that in the details about the property. When I go back and forth on the Booking.com app I can get a cross-eyed, but that is on me.

Receptionist was very friendly and the room was very , very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room felt like worthy of more than 3 stars. The best feature about this place is the connected restaurant which offers good food for a very nice price. We had both dinner and breakfast here and thought it was one of the better restaurants of our trip.

Pool was very small. There's really nothing to do in the area but then again, you're very much aware this isn't on the strip but 30 minutes away. However, last time we spend more to sleep on the strip and were offered a much worse room than this one so we felt this room was worth the money unlike the mostly overpriced resorts over there.
