I tend to stay in non-casino hotels when traveling to Las Vegas. I'm a frequent visitor (more than 10 times per year) and have learned all of the best places to escape the casino and everything that comes along with it (smell, traffic and etc...). Palms Place offered the disconnected experience I was after, with the added convenience of a connecting skywalk for those looking for the Palms Casino experience. The Palms Place offered a great place to relax and unwind after a long day full of typical trade show madness. Really enjoyed the easy parking, full time security and 38th floor views! The shower / tub is really cool with frosted glass and natural daylight (without being on display). It was HOT with plenty of water pressure (a must for me).

The furniture is TIRED. Time to update the bed, sleeper sofa and chairs. Every piece of furniture was showing its age from broken feet on chairs to stains and severe damage everywhere else. A simple revamp of the furniture would go a VERY long way in getting the property up to par with other similar offerings on the market. Seems like the ADR would go up as well with a fresh new look. Bathroom was clean, but showing its age/wear especially in the grout lines. Could have used a bit more glassware on hand as I ran through the whole cabinet by day 2.

The size of the suit was great. Furnitures and facilities were comfortable and great. Kitchen utensils were great. I was at 35th floor and the view was nice though it was mountain view. Gym was clean and decently well equipped.

It would be better if extra towels or bed sheets could be free of charge especially when a family or a group of 4 people stay at the suit for a few days since there's no housekeeping.

I’ve been here a month it’s get old always having to show my key card to get to the elevators. Maybe you can have different key cards for people who stay long term

Nice room, clean, comfortable. Shower and hot tub are excellent.

A big draw for this place was the view- unfortunately the view was not the same as the photos. My room was on the 8th floor with the parking garage dominating the view. Room interior was excellent, except kitchen was missing many things: there were only 3 forks and no dish towel.

Very cold room which I love and the bed was super comfy.

I didn't like how my tub plug wasn't working so I was unable to take a bath and had to shower instead

The room was really nice for the price. It was clean and spacious. It had everything, and the buffet was excellent.

Upon arrival my phone was dead, and the clerk had no empathy. She kept singing whatever song was playing on the overhead. Despite my room being paid, I didn't remember I needed to transfer 100.00 deposit before my phone died. She didn't offer any suggestions or assistance. Location is far from the strip.

The room was beautiful! Had everything you’d need for a stay and more. Large room with a kitchenette, which was perfect if you didn’t want to always eat at local restaurants. Bed was comfy, had a pull out couch. Soaker tub and waterfall shower was amazing. Had a space you could put your own trash. Very happy and not to mention an amazing view!

Everything in the room was perfect, everything worked fine, and the comforts were perfect as well. We had a very relaxing time in the room and was just the perfect relaxing environment for coming back from having a good time. The staff was very helpful and awesome on check-in and everything was exceptional. Thank you

The room is very spacious and comfortable. Having a Spa Tub was definitely a plus and a must have everytime I visit. I also love that there is a kitchenette that's a plus for families and couples trying to stay on a budget.

That my towel set in the room did not include face towels. Also no dish towels to wash or dry the dishes but I think you can purchase from the hotel.

We liked the jacuzzi and the cute little kitchenette. The bathroom was gorgeous as well. View was BEAUTIFUL!

For over 1K a night, we didn't expect to find stained pillows and broken fixtures. We also had to pay extra for any additional toiletries we needed. My partner didn't find the bed comfortable - she prefers firm mattresses. Overall I think it would have been cheaper if we booked directly with the hotel than through a third party.
