I love the apartment-like feel,I love that it's away from all the hustle and bustle of Vegas. Very clean the employees are always nice. I love the shuttle that takes you to Walmart that's a plus I have stayed here on a family vacation as well as with my friends partying and both times were amazing

How convenient things were

Found a couple of bugs in the bathroom and one towel was dirty with yellow stain

It’s not a casino type hotel. So you cannot smell smoke everywhere especially I have a 3y/o daughter. Receptionist was so nice because he put me on 1st floor since I have a kid. Love the jacuzzi in the pool area (water is heated). Love the kiddie pool, however, the water is not heated. You will really feel that you’re in vacation. You won’t feel the casino-hotel vibe from Las Vegas (which I like). They have laundry in the room which is perfect, we don’t need to wash clothes when we get back here in LA. You can cook your own food. They have microwave too, tea pot, coffee maker, fridge, stove, oven. They have all utensils for cooking and eating like cooking pots, spatulas, chopping board, knives, spoons, forks, cups, mugs, plates, etc. It’s like living in your own house, but better. Lol. They have TV. We stayed in 1 King Bed, and they also have a queen sofa bed. They have tub for jacuzzi inside the room, but we did not use it anymore, we don’t want to do too much mess. Also, they have jacuzzi in the pool area. They can give you key cards as many as you need. A lot of restaurants, gas stations, and convenient store/ pharmacies around the area. The area is not scary at all. Not a lot of homeless people. This is near South Point and SP has Starbucks inside their building. If you like to play casino, you can just cross to South Point. There’s a lot of things to do. You can just stay here during your vacation, no need to go to strip if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like casino, smoke, crowded, alcohol drinks, etc. They have a free big parking slot. I think they also have a gift shop nearby to buy things, but we’re not able to go there. They have vending machines and ice machines. You can order food for delivery in the swimming area. My daughter doesn’t have to go back home because of her experience on this resort. Lol.

Adult and Kiddie pool is not heated. Our key is not working to the door going back to tower 5 from swimming pool in tower 6. Actually, not just us, but all the people we met we’re not able to use their key card. We have to wait for someone to open the door for us. Maybe the door is the problem. We received a text that we have a free gift, however, we received it when we are about to check out. The staff said we should have received it during our stay. I think it’s a free one time breakfast or lunch buffet. I think the purpose of that is for them to market to you the Time Share of Grandview/Vacation Village. Not sure if they have wifi because it’s not written in the welcome cards.

This was an amazing stay. All the amenities inside of the room included the stove and fridge, dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher, laundry, everything no need to go anywhere. They have five pools and I love the seperated bathtub in the room. Come to find out my doctor's appointments were running a day behind and I needed an extra day and the friendly staff up front helped me very well with booking an extra night into the same room. I'm not a person that goes to the strip very often so this is perfect because it was not on the strip it's still on Las Vegas boulevard but it's about 10 minutes away from downtown.

My family and I loved the clean and calm atmosphere. Even though you are a bit away from the strip it is worth it for comfort and peace of mind. They have swimming, hot tubs, an outdoor put golf and the casino across from them is the south-point so if the parents want to gamble and drink they can enjoy themself’s. If you enjoy Spending Time with your Family. The south-point also has a theater, bowling alley, bingo, an arcade. Best hotel if you are coming with your family and great prices as well. The entire family enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. We will be staying at The Grandview again.

We liked the location of where our one bedroom was located. Very convenient by parking lot. Also enjoyed most of the layout of the one bedroom suite. Even though we were there due to a family emergency and no time to swim. The location was great! Staff at reception area very nice and helpful. Lil cafe nearby and restaurant which was convenient.

Carpet was not vacuumed before we stayed. No discount was given. Shower definitely needed cleaning. Dirty grout. A few times they couldn't find our registration. Difficult to get into our room with the door cards. I understand that they are changing the card system so hopefully in future this is not an issue. Workers were doing waxing or? in hallway and left their supplies that stunk on our side of suite. Barriers were not put away. We had to move the barriers over more to get into our suite. Safety issue!

The 2 room suites are amazing and have everything you need. We were able to cook full meals for a family of six which saved us money on eating in versus expensive meals out. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchens are fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The bathrooms are beautiful and clean. The kids spent so much time in the pools, they loved it . The room is even equipped with a washer and dryer. Full size tvs in each bedroom and both living rooms.

I can't think of a thing I didn't like. This place is amazing. We will definitely make this our place to stay when we visit Vegas😁

how clean and safe I felt.

I called twice to get bath towels, my 16-year-old and I had to use hand towels after getting out of shower. So the whole 3 days we never received them.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it far exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was absolutely perfect—conveniently situated close to key attractions yet offering a serene environment for relaxation. The amenities provided were nothing short of exceptional, with every detail thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have a luxurious and comfortable experience. The service was outstanding, with staff going above and beyond to make sure every need was met promptly and with a smile. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. The facilities were pristine and well-maintained, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the impressive recreational areas, including a state-of-the-art gym and a tranquil spa. This hotel effortlessly combines elegance and comfort, making it the ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. I wholeheartedly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

The only drawback was the limited parking spaces available, which could sometimes be a bit challenging. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall excellence of the hotel. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel for its incredible service, amenities, and unbeatable location, and I look forward to staying here again!

I was pleasantly pleased with the room and property. I was very surprised at the size of the room as it was huge. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen area allowed us to cook and all we needed to do was go to the grocery store. The property even has a grocery delivery service through Walmart. The pool area is very relaxing with a waterfall and jacuzzi, BBQ area, and pizza place on site. They even have complimentary miniature golf!
