The room was amazing! It was equipped with a living room and a huge bedroom. We stayed in room 10-617 and absolutely loved it. Our room overlooked the pool. The staff was welcoming, and the hotel is a beautiful resort with a diverse staff from all over the world. It literally felt like being in Venice. They have plenty of restaurants offering various cuisines.

I believe the housekeeping should come a bit later than 8:30 or 9:00 AM in the morning. People come for a vacation, and when there's a knock on the door so early, it can be a bit unpleasant. However, we were okay with it.

A great hotel for a couple or family looking to expieriance Vegas. It's clean and has many options to keep you busy. They accommodated 12 stems of roses for my partner and had made this to my room in a very nice vase. It cost almost a limb but to be expected

As the many other reviews have stayed, For a 5 star hotel, not providing free water is criminal for the price we have paid for the rooms. extortionate prices for Fiji water bottles. careful of the bar it will charge you for removing items. expiericing alot of walking for the stay but it is a resort so to be expected.

We loved the large room size, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Extremely busy hotel but well organised. Great gym. We did the rock climbing wall and the instructor,Yvette, was super.

Pool area extremely busy, more a pool to drink in than to swim in, not great for kids as it’s so busy they can’t play without splashing people. Lack of amenities in room- fridge has no space for your own items. You can’t remove or even accidentally bump mini bar items without being automatically charged. No complimentary water bottles in room as is usual in this star rating of hotel, no tea or coffee machine in room either.

+ big, luxurious room + one of the best beds on the road-trip + big bathroom (separate toilet) + quiet + amazing view of the city out of the big window + great pool area + 3 TVs in the suite + good air-con

- you gotta pay for EVERYTHING extra (at least the pool was free) - certainly luxurious, but don't confuse this with prime service if you're just one of the mass (unless you want to pay extra for any extra service) - do not fall for the mini bar or the shelf on top of the cabinet (DO NOT TOUCH ITEMS if you don't want them, as you will pay for everything you picked up for more than x seconds (sensors)) - no microwave, fridge (mini bar is full of to-pay-stuff) or kettle (nor are kettles allowed)

Spacious suite with city and mountain view. Great access to fabulous restaurants. Nice environment and good indoor facilities,considerable.

Out-door canal is under construction,which affect the plan of gondola ride. Confusing pathway from different building to garage, which needs better instructions.

The location in Vegas is wonderful! We loved that there are so many restaurants on-site, as well as the casino and the pool! The size of the rooms was great as was the safety and security of the hotel towers.

There was an incident of one of the rooms not having been cleaned well before we arrived; however, the staff quickly remedied the issue. The beds weren't as comfortable as we expected for the price We also wish there had been a coffee maker in the room, and we would have liked a fridge that wasn't full of items for purchase.

Room and location

Cigarette smoke was a definite surprise and will make me think twice about ever returning here. Accommodating maybe 15% of your customers while disgusting 85% is an unwise business decision. I am not supposed to be anywhere near secondhand smoke for medical reasons, and the smell of cigarette smoke sickens me.

The room was massive and had a fantastic view of the sphere. Our check-in experience was excellent, with Shelly providing great help to newcomers to town. As you would expect, everything was lavish.

It was a long walk from the check-in desk to the room as we ended up in the Palazzo tower, though it was exciting to see the casino. I would have appreciated a coffee machine or nespresso in the room.

Staff were very helpful. The hotel entrance is stunning. Elevators are plenty and fast!

There is no fridge for guests to store food: with the unbelievable costs of food and drinks in Las Vegas guests should be able to have space for their own use. Every cheap motel provides a fridge- this should not be a question with expensive ones. The sofa bed was unusable! A set of springs covered in fabric!? I’m a tough person and I had to share a bed with a family member as the hideabed was not fit for sleep. This was disappointing to say the least as we relied on having 3 separate sleeping options and this option helped us make a decision to book. I had to call down to front desk to get shampoo & conditioner…
