We got the room with an exceptional deal with a jacuzzi in the room. We ended up staying three nights because our car broke down. Everyone was amazing and very helpful! We really enjoyed the food/ service at the restaurant inside the casino. We actually won $300 at the casino! It turned into a second honeymoon. They also have a town swimming pool that you can enjoy even though you don't live there. It's a great place for a getaway But realize everything is pretty much closed on Sunday and they don't have Uber,lyft, cabs or buses. We will definitely go back!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the hotel but I do wish there was more to do in town. Everything closes early, except the casino.

The location was great for us. Right off of the highway. We stayed there once before and were quite impressed with it. The people there are very nice. The restaurant has good food and good prices.

My husband has had back surgery. The first time we stayed we asked for a ground floor room, and got it. This time we asked, and the request never went through to the motel. We had to walk up 12 metal steps to get to our room. We did make it, but we are both in our 80's. If we use Sure Stay again, I will call them direct. I will not book thru Booking.com again.

The staff was amazing. I didn't have Wi-Fi in my room, and they were able to help me go ahead and use another space in their building for all of my work meetings. I also eat a predominantly plant-based diet and they were able to accommodate my breakfast without it being a hard time for them. The team was incredible

I didn't like that the Wi-Fi didn't work but again they were able to accommodate me. So it made it worth it

The bed was comfortable and the bedding was crisp and clean. The heater kept the room comfortable and was quiet enough that I slept through its operation.

The WiFi wasn’t working in our room/ building. It was working in the lobby. I didn’t realize how interesting Lovelock was until I returned home and did some googling.

The rooms were decent. Nicer than I thought they’d be. Good size mini fridge. Comfortable bed with a newish mattress. Dog friendly (up to 50 pounds). Front desk was nice. Good value.

I don’t think there was any breakfast or if there was, we weren’t told about it. No good place to take the dog. Adjacent to hotel or hotel grounds was just a dirt patch with trash and broken glass.

The hotel was close to the highway. The room was large and comfortable. It had nice furnishings. We only stayed the night, but if we wanted to stay longer, it had all that we would need for a longer stay.

We could have used a handicap room, but they were both booked. We made it work.

The location was good. Everything was clean and pleasant.

No food. All the restaurants in town close by 8 or 9. My daughter is gluten free and I finally found a Family Dollar that had gf Cheerios and some almond milk. No free coffee or breakfast at the hotel either.

The location was great with the attached Casino, Bar and Restaurant. Food was good and Bar is open 24 hours. Staff was friendly.

The toilet was very low (kind of like a child's toilet). For a senior it was difficult to maneuver because there was no grab bar.

Almost everything, clean, happy, and helpful staff, room was clean, bed was perfect not too hard or soft. Bathroom was very clean, best part was the separate bath tub and shower.

The hot water in the shower surged hot and cold, and the shower head needs to be updated.

It appears this is a new owner. The facilities need some work (cracked stairs). The location is fine, it is a small town. The staff were doing great under tremendous pressure of a full house due to Solar Eclipse watchers. I would go there again.

Rooms were not ready on time due to unforeseen circumstances.
