Staff was great, helpful, and thorough as we didn't have a clue regarding food and they had a whole list of places to go to. The room was huge and a perfect size for us to use our pack n' play while our oldest had the pull-out couch. Bathroom was roomy and there was plenty of counter space. Would definitely stay here again; it was just what we needed after a twelve hour drive!

Unfortunately, the pool was closed due to unforeseen maintenance issues; disappointing but understandable. Breakfast was just okay, but at least it was an included, filling, hot meal - nothing is ever going to be perfect. If you can look past the remodeling mess, you'll have a nice stay. We did.

Reception staff were awesome with recommendations on finding restaurants that would work with our dietary requests. We have stayed here before and it is a convenient nicely maintained property for us to use as we travel the I 15 corridor.

The room needed some updating....ie the carpet needed to be stretched and the bathroom could use new floor tile(many cracked tiles on the floor.). Otherwise the room is a great size and the bed/linens were nice. Also, the breakfast offerings could be updated to include non-dairy milk offerings.

i booked a king suite and room is spacious. Free breakfast included but quality is so so since variety is not that much. Good to bring along with my pet as lot of pet friendly area and facilities

We travel with a pet and the room access to the outdoors was excellent. The room was quiet and roomy.

The channel selection was sad. I realize not everyone is a responsible pet owner, but most are. I think a $75 pet deposit is okay, but a portion should be refundable if the room hasn't been damaged by the pet. We look at our pet as part of the family and take full responsibility for any damage they do. Are you going to charge a child fee to cover damage done by children? Or just add any cost for damage to the bill after they leave? Why don't you do the same for pets? I think it's just a way to raise the price of your rooms to generate more profits, which I consider unethical business practice. "A few bad apples spoil the rest."

No hot water, they offered to move us after maintenance checked our room. I chose not to move because we wanted to see the hot air balloons, the room we were in was a great view. I let the water run for ever and finally we did get hot water from the shower. The sink never got hot . The hotel staff were very nice. One more thing usually using booking.com we don’t pay until the day we arrive we had to pay a week early ? I called they said it was up to the property? I have never experienced this before and have been using booking.com for along time 😟

Breakfast was good, room was very roomy had a separate sitting area, nice little kitchenette, balcony where you could sit outside, and the room was very quiet

The shower head leaked so the pressure wasn’t the best, and the tv remote wouldn’t work on the tv

Very comfortable bed, slept so well. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful pool and a nice hot tub with several gas fireplaces. Convenient location.

Had issues getting credit for my stay with IHG. The pool and hot tub were crowded but that's not the hotel's fault. Just a lot of people and kids on the day that we stayed. Very expensive compared to other comparable hotels that we stayed at during our trip through southern Utah and Nevada.

Our stay at this hotel was incredible especially with the quality of the beds. We never slept so well even in 5* hotels The staff was awesome, the pool was nice and the breakfast include everything you should be looking for. There is also lot of parking space out there

The price we paid was a little bit above the average

In my opinion. Coffee makers with paper filters. I carry my own Coffee all the time. I couldn't make it with the Coffee maker in the room. Everything else excellent.

Mesquite is one of our favorite golf destinations but in general the hotel options are not great unless you want to drive from Las Vegas or St. George. This holiday in express is the exception. It is a nice place to stay with good access to the golf courses.
