Huge room with excellent bath area. Nice mattresses and above average TV/cable. Breakfast was slightly above average with hot omelet, potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, self-cook waffles, toast, yoghurt, cold cereal, and coffee/tea/juice. Room temperature was easily controllable by guest. Blackout curtain was 90% effective. Room was quiet. Entire hotel appeared to be very clean.

This hotel is quite good, but there are almost no restaurants anywhere nearby. Fuel is available, but good luck finding anything decent to eat, other than what truck stops have available for takeout. One casino has a restaurant, but it is vastly subpar in every way.

It is a very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Christian, at the front desk, checked us in. He was very friendly, kind, and knowledgeable of the area. He was also able to provides us with information and options on where to dine and gives a list of things to do in the hotel. The rooms are big, nice, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast, at the hotel, was great and had a very nice variety of hot and cold items. Upon checking out, Suzi was so sweet and kind and resourceful too. We were given a cute Valentine's day relic/item as we were checking out. Suzi even checked the weather in the directions of where we were heading just to have a head ups on what to expect with road conditions. It was snowing at the time of our stay. We are visiting all 50 states and this was a nice stay in Nevada, especially as we traveled north. Thank you Christian and Suzi! We appreciate you.

It would be nice to have a restaurant in this hotel or maybe a bar with drinks and pub food items.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. Breakfast area was clean and welcoming. Woke up to beautiful views of the mountains and open ranges in Wells. This is a new, clean, and beautiful hotel. Room was expansive and felt even bigger with high ceilings. Great for families. Soft and comfortable bedding. Very quiet. No weird noises in the night.

Very little complaints. The mattress could be better. Beneath the pillow top you can tell it's a firm, cheap mattress. Shower didn't quite get hot enough. The rest was absolutely perfect.

Very nice hotel in excellent condition with good breakfast. Our king-bed room was very spacious and easy to access. The blackout blinds were a nice touch.

Expensive room, but it was larger than we needed (it was all that was available). The bathroom design was a bit odd, with a large door that had to be maneuvered every time you wanted to access the toilet (no big deal). An upgrade to the air conditioning system would be nice, but we didn't need to run it while we were there.

We have always stayed at this property on our way to Arizona….it is quiet and location quite handy. Beds also very comfortable.

Our room was on the ground floor right beside the food preparation area. Unfortunately the noise woke us up very early and after a long drive the day before we did not appreciate waking at that time. We have always stayed in a pet room before, but found this year in the pet room assigned to us it was definitely showing wear and tear. Looking forward to a hot shower in the morning….we only had a tepid one.

The hotel is very nice. Nicest place in Wells Nevada. Breakfast was a bonus, and even though it was continental we were able to leave with a hot coffee for on the road.

The free internet was only free in that we didn’t have to make a cash outlay. What we were required to do was provide our private information and agree to allow the Hampton Inn and Suites to share this information. When reading their privacy policy we were informed that they would share our information freely.

This new hotel was exceedingly clean, modern, stylish, and comfortable. The west-facing rooms overlooked high desert mountains capped with snow. The beds were comfortable, and the HVAC system worked well, also providing really soothing white noise from the fan. Breakfast was fine, what you would expect from a breakfast-included package.

The front desk staff often had to be summoned from a back office.

The booking was definitely misleading compared to the room we actually got. When I booked through booking.com, I selected the 800 SQ ft double queen room, which is also what they had pictured. We ended up with a tiny room. Thought we were going have a bit more space to spread out, but it was the opposite.

It is in good location for rad trip through Nevada from Las Vegas to Northwestern US states .

Property is fine although it overlooks commercial fuel station and grounds are rather spartan. Dining facilities are almost non-existent in Wells but we had take out from food truck and that meal was awesome Mexican dinner.

The location was awesome, the staff were stellar. I had car troubles when I arrived, which I addressed the following morning (I had to be towed) and the lady (sorry, I forgot her name) at the Front Desk was absolutely wonderful and extremely accommodating both times. The room was AMAZING, I felt like royalty. The breakfast was wonderful and the little food area at the front desk was a God send!! I can't say enough!!
