Clean bed, bathroom. Acceptable. Location right off hwy 80. Nice receptionist. No hwy noise. No noise from other guests.

May want to avoid room 5. It’s the last room on the end and an employee uses the storage room right beside the hotel room to invite people over to fix bikes. Often they stand right in front of the window of room 5 to discuss the repair and even do the repair right in the little ally there. Too noisy. Otherwise the room was ok for 1 night stay. I wish it was $70 instead of $110. $70 would be about right for that room.

Squeeky clean and well outfitted. We have stayed here on many occasions over the past 30 years because Winnemucca is a convenient one-day drive from the San Francisco Bay area. Fortunately the quality has remained excellent after the original owners retired and sold the property several years ago.

Early departures from neighboring units who race their car engines outside your door. However this has nothing to do with the quality of the motel itself - only the thoughtlessness of certain guests.

This basic motel is a wonderful step back in time. It reminded me of places we used to stay on road trips as a kid with my family. Yes, it is old, but it is clean, well kept and comfortable. And the sheep motif is cute! A blast from the past! The room was larger than most. So was the refrigerator! It is located one block off the main street, so it is quieter, and right across the street is a laundromat. We noticed than while most of the motels on the main drag had vacancies, this was full, so make sure you book in advance. The owner is very nice and answered the bad reviews as well as the good, so that tells me he cares. Would definitely stay again if ever in Winnemucca. Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed being able to park right at our door. We appreciated the vintage furnishings and look, and the friendly environment. It was like time traveling, not just because of the room but because of the low price! For the price, this is definitely the best value in Winnemucca, we were safe, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The outdoor pool was closed, and that would have been nice to note on the listing. The door seemed less secure with the old school key lock but was probably just as secure or more than a newer, larger hotel. There was a deadbolt. I was a little afraid with modern keyless cars that our car keys in our room might actually be close enough to our car for someone to start it, so we put the fob as far away from the front window as possible.

Very clean, included a small refrig with freezer compartment, microwave, bed very comfortable, friendly and efficient staff.

Our room was farthest from the wifi and i had trouble downloading short sports video clips and emails. 5’ 2” girlfriend’s complaint —the shower head is too high and she couldn’t keep her hair dry no matter how the spray was adjusted.

This is my second visit! This is an older property that is clean, tidy and well looked after. The rooms are adequately sized with microwave and fridge, comfortable beds and enough room. The bathroom is clean with nice towels and awesome shower pressure and temperature. Parking right outside the door. Location is within easy walking of The Martin Hotel - a great Basque restaurant. The people who run the property are very accommodating - after I screwed up my dates, they readily changed them to meet my needs.

The property is west facing so the afternoon sun can be intense - providing a challenge for the a/c.

Unexpectedly clean and comfortable for an older property and the price. We were very pleased with the room and the size of the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and low enough to sit on although the room had a small table and two arm chairs for seating use. Very nice place.

This property is a survivor of the motor courts of the 1950's and 1960's. It is old, but the facilities and the rooms were in great condition. The property is on a side street, so the traffic noise was minimal. It is within walking distance of many conveniences.

Breakfast is not offered, but the price still makes the stay worth it.

Everything.clean. comfirtable. Awesome staff. Go out of their way to please the customer. Met all our needs...except one.. No pool.

They advertiaed a pool. But it was not available. It did not have even a drop of water in it and it was 94° f. That is the one ammenity I look for when i book motels. Bummed because their picture is a false advertisement. Im a swimmer. I love my water. The pool picture should be removed.

Had the usual amenities, like microwave, TV, wi-fi, coffee maker...I love the mini fridge with the separate (real) freezer section where I could put my travel ice packs and room ice bucket. Room was clean and owner was proud of their booking.com rating! It was displayed at the office door.
