My family and I stayed in the Pinkham house. To say it exceeded our expectations would be an understatement. It had everything we needed down to coffee, cream and sugar, spices, and every single kitchen utensil you could need! It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 3 adults and 3 children. The pool was heated and the jacuzzi was a bonus! We grilled our dinner outside and played corn hole while it cooked. The front desk associate was so accommodating! Added bonus, it was only 20 mins to Santa’s village! I can’t wait to go back!

Nothing! I couldn’t find a single hair, crumb or spec of dirt! One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Conveniently located near the main road by the McDonalds and a local cafe Easy to drive to breweries and hiking trails nearby with Mt. Washington only being 15 mins away Large swimming pool which was warm and jacuzzi Communal BBQs were very useful and a nice change to be able to grill our dinner

The parking space out back could have been lit. The staff told us we could park at the back, closer to our room. However, the first night the car alarm went off, which was very suspicious and has never happened before. We then quickly moved the car to the front parking lot, where it was better lit. We were on guard and wary after that experience. Avoid hiking in Maine - dog got many ticks

Room was small but comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. This was a great place to stay on our halfway point, traveling through the US from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Gorham is extremely scenic being surrounded by mountains. It was a beautiful spot to stay for a night. Don't think we'd stay longer than that, but it was a perfect stopping spot.

Gorham is basically a one road town without stoplights. It was difficult if we were heading out and needed to make a left-hand turn. Also, it seemed all restaurants closed at 9. That would have been ok, but we arrived in the evening and by the time we had everything unpacked, things were closing. Luckily there was a McDonald's so we could grab a quick meal.

We were blown away by this great hotel. Classic American Motel layout, but so well decorated and presented...and super clean. Spotlessly refurbished with great attention to detail. The sheets were the best I've slept in years (and I've slept in a lot of hotel beds.) All mod cons including a HUGE fridge and handy microwave. Walking distance to lots of cute restaurants and not far from skiing at Wildcat and beyond. Super tidy bathroom with hot shower - loads of shelves to put toiletries on. And you forget how handy a motel is when you don't have to drag your bags across parking lots, motel lobbies and hallways. Exceptional value for money...if you see a room available book it!! We will be back. =-)

Extremely clean. Used the laundry facility..good. Recently renovated property. New windows throughout.

Chained controlled window shades did not prevent the porching lighting from shining around ends of the shade. It was like sleeping with a lamp on all night. I like it dark. If there were side curtains to block the light or a way to turn off the porch light, it would be better. Beds were hard. A thick topper on the mattress would have helped. Entrance doors would be better with lever handles rather than the knobs they had. Lever handles work better for those people handicapped or with weak hands trying to grip knobs.

The booking and advertising price was $63- $67, my printed charge was printed by me at $ 475.79, I think actually was charged $ 509.00 about ? Didn't get asked about discount offered, senior citizen, triple A, or others. I feel I was miss lead, and could have been charged less. I was fine with it, but room service never made an apperance for five nights.

For a very affordable price, the property was clean, quiet and included outdoor common areas with seating, fire pit, communal gas barbeque grills and a lovely pool and hot tub. We stayed for 3 nights, and the staff was always friendly, helpful and professional. We walked to nearby restaurants which were local properties, not chain restaurants and enjoyed excellent meals, particularly at the Public House. The outdoor facilities made it possible for us to entertain family which lived in the area ( the purpose of our visit).

The truck traffic could be a little jarring from the pool area, but it could not be heard from the rooms, which is great!

Convenient location to Mt Washington attractions! Most rooms are motel stay, your car backs up to the room, but I had a pet friendly room (so had to head up some stairs and park across the way). Rooms were quite large with desk that I used as a table for dining. Nice size pool and hot tub was a added bonus.

This hotel as most places to stay in the area is on a busy highway, so be aware that you will be walking your pet on this busy street. Not a designated pet area and no pet bags on site, despite 23/day pet fee. The only area for dogs to do their business is the same lawn where people are grilling or reclining on lawn chairs. No breakfast included, but there is a fridge/freezer and microwave in room.

The receptionist Tiffay was friendly, professional and helpful. Our room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It is a very nice place and would recommend it to friends but would warn of a couple things first.

First, we were not told that a Train comes through a night and blows the horn over and over while we were trying to sleep. The refrigerator makes a ton of noise going off and on and the front door you can see light through, the walls are not thick enough, we heard every car door close and even the people next to us walking on the floor.

It was a very comfortable stay after a long drive. The check-in went smoothly and there were a lot of food options available nearby. The bed is very comfortable and the room was clean. I also liked the organic conditioning shampoo. The view was great. Will take my family there again.

There’s not many dislikes. We only stayed a night so there’s not many things we got to explore solely about the hotel. If anything, I wish there was an option to watch YouTube or Netflix on the tv. But other than that, no complaints
