I booked a room for $ 128 thru Booking.. I received a confirmation of my reservation When I arrived at the comfort inn , they said that they never received the booking .com , I had to pay $ 230 & I had to share a bed , when I booked a room with 2 queen beds! I'd like Booking.com to compensate me for the $100 difference.. Ty

The staff was extra friendly. Steve the Assistant Manager was very friendly and gave us great restaurants recommendations during our stay.

Outside patio in back would have garbage and cups left on table but that was mainly ignorant guests that stayed there. No fault of the staff.

Room and the bed was comfortable

The people who was next to were loud.And when I left they never returned my 100 deposit. It's been over a month I called over 3 times and sent a email never got a response. And they also charge for parking for how many nights your going to be there.

I loved Steve!! He is a true gem!! If it wasn't for him my stay wouldn't have occurred. He made sure that I was taken care of as promised as the booking process didn't go to well. He took multiple calls from me as I was worried about my stay. He certainly needs to be acknowledged for the excellent work and customer service he provides.

The smoking smell in the room.

The customer service was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean and everything you needed was in place. I like that you get a breakfast bag in the morning and could choose to make your own tea with the use of a coffee maker and go out and get food also there was a fridge and microwave in the room.

I did not like that I was not able to get all the rooms close to each other. You did not get to choose what you wanted in the grab and go breakfast. Not everyone eat what was in it and you could not tell because it was already packaged in a paper bag. The room keys had problems to open the doors.

My wife fell outside the entrance. I needed help lifting her back up and the person behind the desk was no help at all. Another couple helped with getting her on her feet. Luckily she was not injured.

Clean. Bright.

The location was great. We had a family event in a nearby town and was very easy to get there from the hotel. We were also able to locate stores nearby to pick up some things we forgot to pack.

Breakfast was rather bland. And a guide to the local channels would have been helpful.

The property was very clean. The manager was really nice. I left my rings in the room. She called and notified me and also mailed them to me.

Although, it was out of the hotels control the pipe in the bathroom burst. I had no problem helping with the clean up. I just feel something should have been taken off of the bill. I wouldn't expect a full refund as I did sleep there. However, a flooded bathroom🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ WOW!

We had a great stay! Close to Atlantic City boardwalk, Absecon lighthouse and much more.

The breakfast was awful! We choose this hotel specifically because it offered breakfast and had an indoor pool. The breakfast disappointed (we didn’t expect much), sunny D for orange juice, minimal bread selections, no cream cheese etc.

The staff was great! The pool is no longer taking reservations so it’s much better. The room was comfortable. The location was good, about 10-20 minutes from everything.

We thought we were getting a room with a jacuzzi tub but there was not one when we got there and we were told it didn’t come with what we had picked online. Also our shower curtain rod was broken.
