The staff was very warm, welcoming, and attentive.The hotel was very clean. The pool area was great and the water was nice and warm. We enjoyed the firepit outside. Breakfast was good.

The room design was a bit awkward. We stayed in a king studio and used the pull out sofa for our kids. The bed came right to the end of the bed, making it difficult to maneuver around the room. The two people sleeping closest to the window would have to climb over the other person in order to use the bathroom. The kitchen area is very tight. The pillows were flat and not very comfortable. I would stay here again but would book a different room for my family.

The place is EXTREMELY clean. The staff is so nice. The manager Lisa is so accommodating in whatever you may need and very helpful, as well as Derek, Damian, Kosi, and the other staff as well. Highly recommended place to stay. There is a great choice of breakfast in the am, yogurt, eggs,cereal, sandwiches,fruit,muffins, French toast,pancakes coffee juices hash browns biscuits and more. Good service I believe comes from a manager over seeing things, Thank you for a great stay.

The beds were comfortable. Morning breakfast (hot, wrapped breakfast sandwiches which my husband loved ). We used the indoor pool——which was open!! The property has a gas fire pit with chairs. Nice!! There are (2) grills on site for guests to use. The front desk staff was nice and the housekeepers very friendly! CLEAN!!! Our room had a kitchenette which we didn’t use, but would be quite handy for those extended stay guests.

The location wasn’t fabulous. There is a Wendy’s next door, but other than that you need to drive. Be prepared for “U-turns”!

Damian was very friendly & a good conversationalist upon check-in & throughout our stay. He was very helpful with local information on where to eat & the area in general. He was kind enough to make me a fresh pot of coffee because we checked out at odark-thirty in the morning. Breakfast was ok: individually wrapped spinach & cheese quiche, I thought was tasty. He had the biscuit & sausage, but since it was heated in the individually wrapping, the moisture got to biscuit so it was soggy. They also provided cereal fruit & yogurt. Enough to hold you for a bit. Like that they had flavored creamers for the coffee too. Hotel must be fairly new as decor more modern & it seems to be on the same line / idea as home2home suites, where there's a small kitchenette with a coffee pot, (which was great so I could make hot water for tea at night,), medium frig, utensils, plates etc. Small loveseat to sit on & small desk we're in the room. Large TV. Closet has an actual shelving unit w pull out mesh storage bins, I thought was great. Normal coat hangers, not those stupid ones you can't move from the bar. Large vertical mirror. The bathrooms are large, providing room to move & not feel cramped. Shower had good water pressure & no hot water issues. Was happy to see FULL bottles of shampoo conditioner & body wash in the wall dispenser in the shower. I can't tell you how aggravating it is when you go to shower & they're not full. Or worse, t he pumps don't work. Beds were ok, comfort-wise. Good number of pillows. Bed covering on top of the top sheet was very thin & seemed too small for the bed as it didn't hang over hardly at all on the sides.

TV although good size, was adhered to the wall by the bathroom & walkway to front door. Sounds great, but it sticks out from the wall even when pushed back so I almost whacked my head a couple times. A better place would have been at the foot of the bed above the desk. The TV was large enough to do that & still see it well. There were a few minor maintenance issues but that's no biggie & nothing that was a big enough issue for us to change rooms.

The room was plenty big enough and was able to sleep my whole family comfortably.

The location was a little further away from six flags than I expected but it wasn't horrible. The one bedroom had like a mildew smell to it . Overall though I was very satisfied and would stay there again.

I'm very impressed with the customer service. There is a gentleman at night named Kaosi if I need something or directions he has been wonderful helping me out considering I'm not from this area and the respect and help is grateful. The place is very comforting and extremely clean. From the mgr the staff and housekeeping I give it an A+++ Thank you for great service .

The hotel and the surrounding area of Canbury was just perfect for our layover while awaiting our next assignment. The gentleman who checked us in was phenomenal and had the best upbeat spirit and experience checking in. Next the housekeeping staff were on the job with keeping the hotel in posh style and smelling fresh throughout the day. The room was over the top with ample space, comfortable bed, kitchenette and seating area. The only thing that was missing was a soaking tub.

Breakfast was alright, however could have had more options besides dry cereal and oatmeal.

Super Friendly workers, wonderful very helpful manager named Lisa who has a great friendly personality. The hotel is EXTREMELY clean. The roo.s are great I wouldn't wanna go anywhere else. Hotel is very accommodating, anything you need their right there for you. A big thank you.

There's nothing not to like everything is awesome

This was our second stay at this hotel. We came here 3.5 years ago and had such a pleasant stay that when we returned to the area we booked it again. It’s such a great location. So close to the turnpike and on a major highway. The staff was very nice and accommodating . We used the pool and it was perfect. Will return!

They didn’t have enough clean towels when we went to the pool, so we had to bring some from our room.

The staff was great. They were very courteous and always responded immediately when we had a,y requests. We very much enjoyed the outdoor fireplace in the evenings.
