We ran into little problems with our booking, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one room was canceled by the hotel staff by accident. The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Their efforts to work and make sure the hotel provides 100% positive care for customers are greatly appreciated by us .

This facility had NOTHING I wasn't extremely happy with. Everything and everyone exceeded my expectation. This is a relatively new hotel, and the staff maintain it like it was new last week. Everything was very clean, and had a fresh smell.

There was nothing I didn't like. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. Anyone traveling to Hamilton, New Jersey would improve your visit by staying here.

It has been 15 + years since mom was able to return to her hometown of Trenton. Mom had been taking care of dad who passed 8 weeks ago and she was very reluctant to travel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tanya at the front desk an she immediately made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions-she even took the time to find us herbal tea! She was kind, caring and professional; a true example of customer service at it's best! Thank you, Tanya!! In addition, the breakfast buffet was wonderful! It had a variety of food and the staff kept the area clean and well stocked! Owen and Dan were very professional courteous and went above and beyond to bring out extra berries and hot coffee! Mom was concerned about sleeping away from home but the rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved the fully equipped kitchen that had a full refrigerator to store restaurant left overs and a microwave to make a cup of tea in the evening. It truly felt like home!

I was concerned for the staff in the lobby since the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was extremely warm outside. Nevertheless, Maher and Charlie were apologetic and remained professional ensuring our needs were being met.

The manager Lewella Whitaker was amazing. She saw my husband struggling to walk. She brought out a wheelchair for him to use! Cherry Hill mall did not have one when I called security for assistance. Kudos to Marriott for having one.

I was disappointed that they did not offer a free continental breakfast. I can stay at a Fairfield Inn, a Marriott hotel, for a lot less then the Courtyard and get a free breakfast .

Nice grounds located close to food, activities, easy travel in and out of town.

The staff member who checked me in was absolutely no help when a issue arose with payment. I didn’t know you couldn’t pay cash initially, no where does it state no cash check in yet they had no problem accepting cash at the end. She just stared at me and just said nothing, didn’t get anyone when I asked if there was anyone who could further assist me with this issue. She proceeded to stare me and my friends down the entire weekend which made us feel very uncomfortable. Check out staff however was 100% more pleasant.

The room, features you provide on it and all the amenities

I just had a hard time at the check-in because for some reason they gave the wrong information that I had booked only 1 room instead of two. But, once I showed the reservation coupon they could verify that it was 2 rooms.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Fitness center was one of the very best I have had the chance of using, and I have stayed in many hotels recently. Bravo

Really nothing negative to say, stay was exceptional.

Easy to get to; late check-in was not a problem. Room was clean and comfortable. Just didn't expect the housekeeping staff to try and let themselves into our room early that morning.

This hotel was WONDERFUL. The staff (ALL OF THEM) were very warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and the beds HEAVEN (I didn't want to get out...ever)!!! The hotel was very clean, spacious and the gym had many options.

I have no idea why THIS WHOLE TOWN is so expensive. This hotel's prices are inline with other local hotels but still ?? Also wish there was more parking near the entrance.

I liked the lobby area and the common area

Well I booked a king bed room with a pull out couch. Hotel gave me a room with 2 queen beds why did I put in a reservation for a king and be told none available. The counter person told me no more king rooms available but even though 2 queens cost more I would get it for some price, did not want 2 queens if I wanted 2 queens I would have reserved 2 queens. Why do 2 20.ounce sodas cost 8 dollars? They have a bistro on the premises but no menus in the room.
