I have a high standard to clean and can struggle at these shore town motels. None of them are cheap now so even the worst ones will cost you a couple hundred a night so price no longer means expectation, with that being said, alot of these places are old so I never expect perfection. This motel surprised me, it was clean and comfortable. It was very close to the beach and boardwalk. So close that we were able to stop at the room to use the restroom when we out so we didn't have to use public bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The beds were clean and comfortable.

I really don't recall any dislikes. Like most shore motels, the shower heads aren't great and the exhaust really doesn't work, so after you shower it's wet in the bathrooms.

The hotel was super clean, staff was friendly, and the location couldn’t have been better!

It was initially tough to find our room. The on-site parking was full so we had to park across the street. While carrying all our luggage, we found an elevator and took to 2nd floor. But the room numbers were in the 500s not the 200s. We finally found our room and then realized there was no elevator to OUR 2nd level room, and had to drag all of our heavy luggage up the steps.

Clean, fantastic location

A bit dated, a little but of a musty smell.

The upkeep of this motel was excellent and it is conveniently located to everything. Just steps from the boardwalk. The employees are very friendly and helpful. When we got there Saturday morning, we were able to checkin and get our beach passes and parking even though our room wouldn’t be ready until after lunch.

It was a bit loud at night where our room was located, which was by street and amusement area next door. It really does depend on the location of your room.

The room was better than past years. Beds were comfortable. Location and proximity to the beach is why we keep coming back. I didn’t use housekeeping services during the week but staff called and offered services if needed.

Toilet was defective, kept running off and on. Prices are high but expected due to location and proximity to the ocean.

The location was incredibly convenient for what we wanted. Easy access to the boardwalk and the beach and in the center of the boardwalk made it much easier. We didn't have an breakfast supplied by the inn.

The beds were a little hard to sleep on. You could definitely feel the age of the mattress, other than that there really wasn't much to complain about.

There was no breakfast. Our room entrance was on Atlantic Avenue, near amusement working area, felt like it was an alleyway and would be incredibly noisy in season. Liked it was close to beach & boardwalk and easy walk to Asbury Avenue.

No coffee/tea available in room. Bathroom fan rattled & too noisy. Room needs to be upgraded.

We liked everything about our stay in ocean city NJ. the location from the motel to the boardwalk was less a block. Beach tags were included in the stay. the staffer was friendly and approachable. Would stay again at this location.

There really was not anything wrong with the motel. the biggest issue we had with the stay was weather and that cleared up quickly.

The location and value for the money is great! Basic hotel room with comfortable beds - that's all I need at the shore!

Looks like some of the cleaning was rushed...there were definitely parts of the floor that the vacuum didn't touch. That being said, the bathroom was very clean.

This place was super close to the boardwalk and very clean and nice the rooms had obviously been updated recently so I was pleasantly surprised.

The only issue was I didn’t realize it was on top of the amusement park so we heard the rollercoaster until 11 when it closed.
