The hotel was very conveniently located next to I -80, Rt.46 and local roads. It made it easy to get to local restaurants and also to take I-80 into NYC. The hotel room suite with seating , full kitchen was like a mini apartment and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and we had a very good stay.

The breakfast was a bit too minimal for the price of a stay at this hotel. The prepackaged offerings were stale (bagels, muffins, etc.) and you could not serve yourself. It was quite difficult to get breakfast when the morning attendant would disappear. The only hot dish offered was mushy oatmeal. If I stay here again , I will get local bagels, or something make for ourselves in the well appointed kitchen in the suite.

I liked the room I stayed in. It had other utilities I was not expecting like dishsoap and utensils for cooking. I also liked the layout and the open windows on the top floor. The staff was so friendly and helpful that it made me feel very welcoming.

I didn't like it due to the renovations, the pool and the gym being closed. During the week, I heard the workers renovating the next door room, but the hotel did send me a note saying they were going to do construction work. So I appreciate the heads up and tip for the prevention of excess dust coming into my roo

Everything went well. It was very quiet, which I really appreciated. The room was clean. Some items were not in the room, but staff immediately brought the few items I needed to my room. We do not eat Pork, and they were serving Pork sausages for breakfast. The staff was so kind to prepare Turkey sausages for my husband and I. I forgot her name, but I would like to say thank you to the staffThe staff was very welcoming, and professional. I would be returning and referring family and friends.

I really can't think of anything. My stay was very relaxing and pleasant.

I liked that it was away from everything but yet closed to local stores and restaurants. It was about 26-32 minutes from American Dream but did not felt like it when driving back and forth from and to the parks. Although pool was not open this nice toung man was very friendly and courteous at check-in and through the stay. The young ladies were too and welcoming us back. When 3 of my children ran off inside ahead of us they made sure they stopped and asked where were us in the nicest and friendliest way.

A couple of guests were loud and making noises as if they were throwing things? This was around 10pm ish. But I can’t say that it wasn’t taken care of because they got quiet or were told to leave. I would of called down as I was about to. We found out the pool wasn’t open and it was the main reason we chose the hotel for the inside pool.

The place was very clean. One night our next-door neighbors were blasting the TV at 11:30 at night and I called the front desk and they rectified it immediately.

The ice-maker was broken. It took them about six hours to have somebody check it out only to find out. It was the wrong icemaker in that particular model. Finally, they brought us up ice we could use because they do not have ice machines on their floors. that was my biggest gripe.

Beside the construction going on, the hotel with mini suites was very nice and very comfortable. The breakfast was adequate, the staff was very friendly and nice. When we had a problem with heat in the room, they were able to get us another room but, went out of the way to get heating unit working in the other room. Me and my wife were there for the one a day stay due to a family funeral and if circumstances where different, would’ve like to stay longer. Was 40 mins from where I had to be, but not such a bad travel.

Rating this hotel a 10/10 for EVERYTHING. It's really helpful when the staff enjoys what they do. They were all super helpful, competent, quick & informed. We stayed for 2 full weeks and it was effortless. This is an extended stay - so on day 4 they change the sheets & towels... day 7 they do a full clean... day 4 they do the sheets & towels again and so on. I rented the king 1 bedroom suite for extra room with our 2 dogs. It felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves. Kitchen, Living room, areas to work, bedroom etc. The breakfast downstairs every morning was great.Pancakes, French Toast, Eggs, Sausage, COFFEE! Cereal & yogurt for kiddos. I felt safe the entire time - and that includes walking the dogs outside at all hours of the morning & evening. The hotel is central to everything - easy to get anywhere. Can't say enough great things about this hotel!

The staff could have been a little friendlier. The first staff member we encountered was super friendly and made us feel warm. While the other 2 staff members were kind of judging in their demeanor when both asking and answering our questions. Only after we built rapport with them, did they take down their mental barriers. We'd prefer to be simply treated as human beings and not be treated differently for any superficial reason. This was our only issue. So, if your management can make sure that your team effectively treats all people equally, regardless of physical characteristics, that would be perfect.

Included breakfast is a huge bonus as the location, while convenient for travel does require you to drive somewhere if you want breakfast which is limited to fast food in the area. Clean, fairly spacious room

Minor inconvenience, one of the cooktop burners wasn't working. The bathroom vanity had a bulb out. Facility was clean and staff was friendly. Dresser space was limited to side table drawers, 1 moderate closet and a shelf under the entertainment center/desk. I prefer to unpack into a dresser during my stays but it was acceptable for the duration of the trip.

Everything! From the moment I entered to the moment I pulled out of the parking lot, this hotel really went above and beyond. The cleanliness and hospitality was unlike any other hotel I’ve been at as of lately. And as a hotel that allows dogs, there’s close to no sign of animals! Room was incredibly spacious and clean! Their gym had everything I could need for a morning workout. Their breakfast was more than enough to get some fuel in my body. And the staff was great! Although I didn’t need any help, them greeting me in the morning or as I was walking out was so warm and not pushy! Great hotel for the most reasonable price, unlike other hotels that charge crazy amounts for a crappy atmosphere. Sonesta in parsippany is one of its own !
