Front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful. Greeted immediately upon entering, had me checked in quickly, and offered me options for room location.

Paying $5 per night to park in a traditional hotel lott on property. Stayed here previously and no such a la carte charge. Also stayed here because suites advertise having a kitchen (last stay that included full size fridge, full stove and dishwasher). This stay no stove but rather two ceramic top burner— and no oven. That was disappointing given my plans (and need) to cook for an event this stay.

Clean. Quiet. Good breakfast.

Booked through third party website for a discounted rate of 150.00 On morning of reservation I received a text that there would also be a additional security deposit required which added 250.00 to the room rate. Spoke with manager and he reduced this security deposit to 150.00. Still had to pay double the cost upfront, with the verbal assurance that the extra 150.00 would be refunded if there was no damage to the room. We are an adult couple traveling with our teenage son, not Def Leppard. I am mentioning this so other travelers do not get surprised by this excessive security deposit requirement.

The room was great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff we encountered were warm, friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't too bad and there was a variety to choose from. As two women travelling, we felt safe in the area and on the premises.

The wi-fi could have been better, the signal was poor in our room. One shower didn't work very well (but was manageable), that said, there is refurbishment going on, so it's quite possible this would be resolved soon.

Having the option for a kitchen, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms when traveling with my sons for competition was a HUGE bonus. Too often, we are at the mercy of restaurants which throws off nutrition at the height of competition which is never desirable. Will stay here again when competing in the area.

Although the entire property was under external renovation and we knew that in advance, all the equipment and materials in the parking lot made parking a bit more challenging than anticipated. Not enough to be prohibitive, but it was challenging if you came back after dinner hours.

The breakfast in the morning was really good. Such great choices and the kids loved going each morning. We really liked having direct access to outside from our room, instead of the traditional walking through the lobby or building. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we are returning in April.

The only dislike we had, was that the refrigerator in our room made an extremely loud noise all day long. If the television was on, it would drown out the noise, but if we were sitting having dinner or playing board games or something, it was super loud.

Clean, good sized room. Outdoor pool simple but good for a dip at the end of the day.

Breakfast was disappointing - same tacos every day, which isn’t everyone’s first choice for breakfast. Lots of items ran out and breakfast staff very grumpy. Closed the doors at 9am sharp on a busy dining room on a Sunday morning, not great customer service..

Good location. Nice staff. Big 2-bedroom suite, huge space with cooking utensils. Price is good with this size and facilities. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. The gym room is nice too.

Only stairs, no elevator, need to take luggage up and down. The breakfast closed at 9am during the weekend, earlier than average hotels. The shower water was not hot enough, could not take a bath.

I appreciated having laundry services. We were in the middle of a 12 day trip and it was time to do laundry so that was very helpful. Also appreciate having breakfast provided even though it was scaled back due to Covid.

The pull out couch mattress was very thin. We had to use the comforter from the bed as a cushion. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but did use some dishes. It would be nice to have soap and sponge to wash by hand rather than having to use the dishwasher. We are from California which is always in a state of drought so our mindset is always saving water but I know that’s not a problem on the east coast so most people probably don’t see this issue.

I love the fact that there were two bathroom in the two bedroom apartment, 3 tv with cable, room for my kids to spread, dining room table with extra chairs and all the utensils I needed. This is one of the best hotel I’ve stayed and I can’t wait to go back for my next vacation.

The only complaint I had was the breakfast bag. I knew it was gonna be bag breakfast due to Covid but I just wish they changed the breakfast each morning or give people options. And also put a tag on the bag so people know what’s inside the bag because there was a sign with something different one morning I got the bag but when I took it in my room Just to realized I got the same breakfast.

The room was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with a 2-burner electric top, microwave, coffee-maker, and dishwasher, The outdoor pool was long enough to be swimmable, The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The grab-and-go breakfast was OK. It had a dedicate work area, and one could also work from the kitchen table. The facility was perfect for our needs.
