The front desk was very nice and welcoming. I was looking for milk and he gave me a few small bottles. When leaving, the front desk gave me water bottles for our journey. The rooms are nice, beds comfortable, breakfast is good.

I wish breakfast went to 10am instead of 9:30. We went to breakfast at 9:15 and they had run out of the sausage which was the meat of the day. I asked the man who works at the breakfast if I could get some sausage. He said no he thought it would not all get eaten. I feel like all the food should be available until 9:30. They had run out of a few items by the time I arrived and were not replaced. Lastly, it would be nice if had an indoor pool.

Valarie at the front desk was the greatest! She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Makes you feel welcome and like your family.

That there was no indoor pool. Valarie at the front desk was extremely helpful with suggestions of things to do. Unfortunately, it was all shopping or in a mall. Not everyone wants to shop or drive more than they already have. We would have much rather jumped in a pool or a hot for a few to relax..

Fitness center was missing 10 pounds dumbbells. I reported it to the front desk. Breakfast bacon was only served once during my 2 week stay. I hope they could serve bacon more often.

I enjoyed staying at the Residence and having that kitchenette; makes things so much better . I also like the idea that I could utilize washer and dryer . Overall it was great !

I didn’t like the breakfast; limited selection . Consider more varieties especially for people who are vegetarian/vegans .

The location was perfect for us and it was easy to get in and out of the facility. The room and common areas were clean and the amenities were just what we needed for a week’s stay at Christmas.

Breakfast was very good but some cooked items were unavailable on a couple of occasions.

The breakfast was really good. Plenty to choose from. The staff was so accomaddating. I was there with a lot of small children and and the staff was quick to help us with whatever small crisis came up.

We really would have been able to use the pool. We were disappointed it was closed.

Staff were great! Rooms very nice, clean, and comfortable. The grounds are lovely.

Sometimes it’s a long walk to get to your room depending on your building. That can be uncomfortable when you have a lot of luggage and the weather’s not great.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Location was very convenient.

Breakfast staff was not friendly and did not keep the food stocked. Front desk staff gave us the wrong key and room number upon check in.

The hotel was way beyond what I expected. Was like a minney apartment. Had a little party with my boy who I hadn't seen in a while. Drank beer and ate pizza and wings. Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at.

Water wasn't really hot when I tried to shower.

The apartment was nice and we had a nice breakfast.

We arrived at 4:30 and our room wasn’t ready even though check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We had to be somewhere soon,so we had to change in the car and couldn’t check in until we got back around 11:00.
