I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The staff was very accomodating with assisting me and my daughter with transporting our luggage to our room by expediently finding a trolley cart (I walk with a cane and the cart was almost a necessity). The pool and hot tub were very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable. The other guests also had the presences of being happy and satisied, I say this because, they were all friendly and content. I assume this to be from the pleasant stay, they themselves were having.

Nothing. We are not picky people and found the hotel to meet our needs entirely.

I like the breakfast area and service, the guy was so nice and gentleman. I like the bed and room.

My husband and me are Hispanic, and I feel people from the counter some time make different with other clients. We always stay there. The last time before June 3, they did not give us water, this time the guy gave us only one, and I was with my two daughters. Later, when my friend check in, the lady was so nice, she not only offer water to us too, also cookies. I Don want to be mean with all for that I mentioned to you those two persons. Overall, I like stay there. Thank almost forgot, one of the towels was dirty, but they changed to us. Tks

I payed extra to get a patio but could not use it because of the rain, but even when I opened up the door to get fresh air the people next door were smoking and it was not pleasant. I didn’t realize those rooms are for smokers. Also they were playing music till 12AM and had to call front desk which they send security. I wish I could have been able to enjoy my upgraded room more!

room was too small for the price paid. the bathroom was too small as well. beds were not very comfortable. we were promised view of the pool. we had none of that. all we had view of was bushes and a walkway. the “patio” was a small table sand two chairs. the glass sliding door to the patio was extremely hard to open. and the glass sliding doors were dirty as if they were cleaned with a muddy rag. the volume on the TV didn’t go up too much. so for someone who has trouble hearing was not good.

The staff at the desk were very friendly. The room was clean. The restaurant did the best they could with the amount of people at the convention.

The water pressure is too low, the shower was very difficult to maneuver and the water was lukewarm, on the colder side. Very disappointed!!! The Starbucks staff were not prepared for the convention. I didn't like that the restaurant closed during certain hours of the convention. People eat at all different times of the day so it was difficult to order when they were open as it filled up.

in need of a refresh, shower pressure was poor, someone was smoking on our floor (could smell smoke in our room), there was a convention going on the same day we checked in and the convention organizer immediately greeted me asking if I was there for the convention. I had just traveled 12 hours, I just wanted to check into my room.

I really enjoyed everything. Staff was really nice, and they let me check out late so my son could enjoy the pool a little extra.

The Ice machine was broken, and you had to go to the Lobby to get ice, we were on the 3rd floor far from the elevators, so it was a walk.

The property was satisfactory. Unfortunately the pool was closed due to Covid 19. I was not informed of this by the staff until I arrived. For the same money, I had a much better experience at the Hyatt regency New Brunswick. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Felt like was in Manhattan by the ambiance, excellent staff. Received free indoor parking, breakfast. And the pool and jacuzzi were open. This is where I plan to spend my nights when I have business in the New Brunswick area.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very helpful with our visit.

The first room we stayed in had a sliding door that did not lock. It felt very unsafe. Luckily they moved us to an upgraded room with no hassle.

Comfortable and welcoming hotel. Nice pool, restaurant and Starbucks. Our first room was okay. George gave our room an unexpected call to check on us. I told him my thoughts and he took very good care of us. Thank you George! The property was nice.

Found a small spider and a 2/3 small flies in the room. Tried to get rid of them ourselves. Room next to elevator- loud guest in the morning
