Friendly helpful staff, great room and breakfast. Secure building, elevator is room key activated, 3 minute walk to catch ferry.

My only complaint is the photo advertisement and option to pay more for a city view. The hotel has no city view rooms, it has a parking lot view on one side and building view on the other. There is a sliver view if you press your cheek against the window, but nothing worth paying more for.

It is a really nice hotel. Several things around the area like sojo spa. Right there by the hotel is a rooftop bar. On street level there are restaurants, cigar bar, dunkin donuts etc. Less than 20 mins from the American dream mall and waterpark Even less to downtown Manhattan. The staff are really friendly and they care about making your stay as comfortable as they can. The views of Manhattan is just ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐✅

My only gripe was the breakfast. I expected it to be a little different they only had Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches as the main entre but all the other breakfast items were there like oatmeal, bagels, crossaints, juice, tea, coffee etc etc etc you won't be hungry. Especially with you being able to grab breakfast somewhere close by.

The room was great. It was roomy enough to fit myself, husband and child. I liked that it was condo style, so if we wanted to cook we had that option. The location was amazing. Right across the street from the taxi that takes you to Manhattan. A lot of things to do around the area, and great if you have pets as there are a lot of dog parks around. The breakfast was eh, but because of covid I understand they can't do the same layout as in the past. For free, I can't complain it was delicious and did the job of keeping us full.

The phone in our suite didn't work, and I didn't like that I couldn't directly get to the front desk. One night I had to go down to the lobby because the worker hung the phone up on me. Understandably she was very busy with Uber eat orders and checking other guest in. I also don't like that they don't have room service, as we had to order out for Uber eats a few time.

Paper plates and plastic cups... any concerns for global warming? Not even a system to sort paper, trash, recycling. Bad. Expired breakfast sandwiches... Fire alarm at 2:15am, must evacuate and return via stairwell with zero guidance or info, and no apologies from management. A short letter under the door would have been appropriate. That is actually what other hotel managers do when there is any type of issue. FYI. Not pretend nothing happened.

Place was amazing, great location and friendly staff.

Breakfast was terrible, but I understand that COVID changes things dramatically. I stayed there a year before COVID and breakfast was amazing. Totally get it though. The sandwiches were very dry and the oatmeal had far too much water in it. Also didn’t like the constant smell of marijuana, but my room didn’t smell like it, thank God, or else I would have complained. Room was relatively clean, just had a lot of dust on the tables and the TV screens has smudges everywhere. That’s just a housekeeping attention to detail that was overlooked.

Location was very good, just by the ferry. Nice view from the breakfast area. Good water pressure, confortable beds.

Very noisy, our bedroom was facing a big hitting machine. Also the air conditioning was very noisy. Very difficult to sleep if you are comming from Europe. Breakfast very very poor, some snacks in bags, yogurt, cereals and some fruits.

It was clean, comfortable and the staff were so friendly. The position was excellent with immediate access to the NYC midtown ferry, the New Jersey Light Railway and best of all the beautiful promenade alongside the Hudson River with stunning views of Manhattan.

Our part view of the Hudson did not provide us with that Manhattan skyline.

The breakfast was complimentary so happy to have it

No option to open the windows so we had to keep the door open to get fresh air, although the ventilation system was realy good

The hotel was very nice. My room was clean and sanitized. The hotel is modern which i like and up to date with decor. They had free breakfast which was a bonus. The location was perfect. Had a view to New York city that I love. You do have to pay for parking but it's only $22 for a whole day which isn't that bad. Definitely will come back and would reccomend if you want a city view of New York.
