We booked an accessible room. It was excellent for this. It was very roomy. It had many more amenities than I expected. It had a separate sitting/work area with a separate television, along with a small food preparation area with a sink separate from the bathroom sink. The bathroom would easily accommodate a wheelchair and a caregiver.
At the time we visited, the poot and hot tub were out of service, as was the business center (which we did not need). The ice machine was not working. At breakfast, the orange juice was very watered down. It seemed they did not keep good tabs on what needed to be replenished at the breakfast area. What we did have for breakfast tasted good.

The room was very clean and ready for quests. Very comfortable mattress and plenty of pillows. Everything worked as it should. The AC/Heater was reasonably quiet.
We were given a room designed for handicapped guests and this made the shower area difficult to use. Not terrible but a lot of water gets out of the shower while using it.

Our stay was very short. Left before breakfast.
Housekeeping needs to check mirrors. Kinda smudgy. That was minor. The poor clerk up front was pulling a double shift and around 9:30 pm there were about 5-6 people checking in. She performed great with a smile though!

The hotel was quiet, I was allowed to bring my expensive bicycle into the room. breakfast had many options and the staff was very nice!
parking spots were too narrow. The lights were a bit bright and the bathroom exhaust fan was too loud.

excellent location. Rooms were cleaned. It had breakfast.
I asked for a King and 2 double queen rooms and hotel did not reserved my double queen room. It had breakfast but we waited for coffee, eggs, sausage . There were not many people eating thus we did not understand why food was not available at the moment we went. Thanks

Staff was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The parking was secure and well lighted.
The breakfast eggs were AWFUL... the sausage wasn't good either. The waffles were good though, and so were the juices.
