The first impression when we walked into the check in area was not excellent. The lady behind the desk didn’t look up or greet us until we had stood there for a couple of minutes. She was brusk with the check in. The area was cluttered and not super clean. No elevator and room on the second floor. Luggage carried upstairs. Upon opening the room, I was pleasantly surprised. First impression to me is smell. It smelled fresh. The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning ladies are very good. Upon checkout, the desk lady was very cordial and friendly. Breakfast was pretty good as well. First impression would be a 5 but the friendliness of the desk and the breakfast left me feeling like it was an 8. Well done.

The lady that checked us in was almost rude. All the other staff we encountered were friendly.

The room was a nice size, the beds, sofa and armchairs were very comfortable. There was a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, microwave, a large TV, plus all the bathroom toiletries for a very reasonable price. We had requested an easy access room because I am handicapped, and the room was just a short distance from reception/check-in. Very much appreciated!

Inadequate parking for large vehicles or trucks. We h.ad 2 larger vehicles and had to park in a dirt lot next to the hotel. It felt very risky and unsafe.

This is my third stay here. Location is great for my needs which is finding a home in this area.

North door entrance was never secured. Had a neighbor the last night that their tv was easy to hear in my room ALL NIGHT. Very little sleep. Was not really loud just very easy to hear it through the connecting door.

Maids took items left in rooms after my other family members checked out. They knew exactly where they left them and was told never found. Eggs at breakfast were always cold. Young girl working evenings not friendly. Very lazy

Close to family celebration

Room 215 the phone didn't work. Had to change TV by getting up and doing it the old way. Girl working didn't know how to do it and never went out of her way to help. Left pillow in room and said they didn't find. Left phone cord in Room 208 and said never found.

Hidden gem. Nice big room that was clean. Carpet in room was fairly new. Furniture in the room was also in good condition. Breakfast was good, they had more choices than most places right now (covid) and the food was fully stocked even thought we came close to the end of breakfast. Staff was all really friendly. Would stay here again and would recommend.

The property is a bit run down on the outside so I was a little concerned when we pulled up. There is no elevator which made getting bags to 2nd floor a bit more challenging than expected. The carpet on the stairs and hallways was very worn but not in our room which is really what counts. The area seemed to have some seedy characters roaming around so we made sure we parked close to the building under a light.

That I was charged for my pet when I did the booking on line it didn't specify that there was going to be a charge for my pet which left me no choice but to pay for my pet or it would stay in the car while it rained and it was cold

I worked 6am to 230pm.. there breakfast was from 6am to 930am. Need better shower heads

No jacuzzi or swimming area no gym

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome with great variety. Bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. Overall a great stay.

Very nice staff. My friend was hurt and had a hard time walking and they let us use the luggage crate to transport him to the room.

No elevator.
