Robert has been THE friendliest employee I have ever met. Not only does he exude the best personality, but he should be the gold standard for customer service. From check in to check out, Robert has made our stay well worth the price we paid and gave us peace of mind. Cannot thank him enough for his kindness and service. Personally, I felt like the location was great. Small, but charming town of grants right off the interstate and close to a Walmart that has just about anything you need along with some basic fast food places if needed. Perfect for a quick trip like ours. Rooms are updated, spacious, and comfortable as well. I think anyone dreads having to sleep away from your own bed, but best western has truly made it possible to recharge and relax a bit. We will be choosing BW going forward when needing to book a hotel.

The bathroom was nicely updated. Our breakfast was the favorite of 3 hotels we stayed at in NM and AZ- kids loved the automatic pancake maker and the adults loved the breakfast tamales.

You could hear guests in rooms from the hallway. My husband could hear our kids several rooms away and as the adult in the room, I didn't feel our kids were being over loud. The hotel wasn't crowded, so it didn't impact anyone, but if it were busier, I think it would be an issue.

Wow! Having traveled for two weeks and stayed in four other hotels across Arizona, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this Best Western was. Not only was it clean, but it was secured with locked outer doors. And it had the best breakfast!

The only negative is the short walk outdoors between the rooms and the office/breakfast area and gym.

My door was not very secure I did not need a key card to open. The fit of the door allowed me to use 5 of the Air Ways museum brochures from your lobby stacked together to push into door facing to open door. It would be good to inspect all doors. The parking lot could use camera coverage, 4 cameras hooked to a monitor would allow desk to see parking lot.

Breakfast was like most, food was good fresh, coffee was hot.

I did not like eating Bkfast and having FOX News on, I found it offensive, just like Maga would be offended watching MSNBC news. Should turn it to less divisive channel or none at all.

The Best Western in Grants, NM was very convenient for interstate traverlers. It was also very comfortable.

The mattress that my wife slept on had a major soft spot on the side closest to the phone; as a result, she had a bit of a back ache the next morning.

Easy location, on/off the hwy. The staff was very kind and the facility was clean. Breakfast was simple but hot. Filled you up.

Pillows were uncomfortable, the door to the bathroom opened in such a way that it was very tight in there and the tub needs to be replaced. The coating is coming off and the floor on the tub is rusting slightly. The scrambled eggs seemed powdered. Some updates could be done in the rooms to make it more pleasing.

I travel for work. The breakfast was good and filling. The beds were comfortable. I enjoy my stay here and would stay again/recommend it to others.

Although the showerheads could be updated as they don't have much water flow. I get really dirty for work and would like a sufficient amount of water to actually get clean and not have to stand in the shower for half an hour.

The breakfast was not good. Empty serving containers, not a good choice for breakfast food. Location is excellent for I-40 travelling.

Shower did not get hot enough. Walls are too thin. Beds too hard.

Nice room, huge bed and TV (if you care about that), good breakfast, friendly staff. Conveniemt location if you are travelling through I-40.

Very noisy. Heating machine was noisy, fridge was noisy, neihgbours were noisy (or maybe it was just paper thin walls) and crew was noisy (they started banging doors and yelling "housekeeping" at 9.30 even though checkout is at 11.00 (and bang mine besides the "do not disturb" banner)
