This is a very nice property, very clean. The beds & pillows were very comfortable & the shower was nice. Breakfast was very good! There is a pool & spa but we didn't use them. Quiet location, safe. The room was a good size & the bathroom was very large. Other than the issue with the bedside light, everything was great.

The bedside light couldn't be turned off, which was an inconvenience, but we let the front desk know at checkout. It was close to midnight when we realized we couldn't turn it off, so we didn't call then.

I was a bit concerned about the slanted stairs on the back side that leaned down. I’m a 72 year old man with balance issues and I could see someone falling on them. I was jury foreman on a slip and fall case at a motel in Colorado and we awarded a man a pretty big award for falling down those stairs and getting injured. I was, however NOT injured on your stairs!

Cleanliness. I appreciated having a ground floor room, even with the floor noise from the unit above me. The room was nicely updated from the standard travel lodge and I REALLY appreciated the big screen TV. Great to watch a few of the US Open Tennis matches! The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. There were sufficient plugs and USB ports for tech. The black out shades were a welcome touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

It’s located in a non-descript area, surrounded by other travelers’ hotels. Very close to the freeway (both a plus and a minus given the freeway noise.

The checkin lady was lovely, friendly and so nice. She even called later to see if we had everything we needed. Very spacious, updated room Bed was awesome, bathroom was HUGE. Breakfast had an amazing choices, including two types of waffles....just like full breakfasts used to be. :-) Caution tho - ignore your GPS if it says to turn AT stoplight. Instead, turn immediately onto driveway as you exit freeway.

I'm glad to answer this question. I don't usually review hotels, but I had to on this one. Because of the price, I was a little nervous. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. They also had a shower/tub combination for people who like baths, like me, and kids. There is also an inside pool and hot tub. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I also forgot to say the beds were comfortable.

One thing that I thought was great was the hardwood floor. Most lower price hotels have carpet and your feet get black from them even if they look pretty clean. We just stayed one night on the way through. We just need a decent place to stay and that filled our need.

Things looked a little old, the shower faucet dripped. Could have had a better choice for eggs in the breakfast bar than hard boiled eggs. Overall, I would stay again. It was plenty good for what we needed.

Alyssa the Night Clerk was Awesome! She made Us feel like valued customers from the moment We walked in! She went above and beyond to make Our stay enjoyable.

Not the easiest to access as the street sign was missing and We had to turn around to get back but that was not the fault of the property. City needs to take more pride in its municipal responsibilities.

the facilitie was spotless, well cared for, and the room was just as clean and spacious.The appointments were tasteful and not overwhelming. The beds were amazingly comfortable with sheets as soft as silk. The shower water has plenty of pressure making it invigorating - a great way to begin my day. The breakfast was an added bonus with plenty to choose from. The help was terrific to deal with. overall the experience was just as good as any high priced hotel.

Staff was kind & accommodating. The room had been remodeled. Clean & well appointed. Bed was comfortable. There is an indoor pool, we did not use, but other guests were enjoying. Ample parking. Location was easy to find & right off the highway. Priced well, that included a real breakfast, not just pastries.

that the rooms are not inside but on the outside depending… and it was very windy I was about to go upstairs and then I realized I had to go outside around 😢… the blankets were a little dirty not going to lie some stains and the bathroom there were some hairs but it’s okay, if I did take a shower I wouldn’t have liked it
