When the gravy was refilled, it was good.

The breakfast area food arrangement seemed disorganized. Could be better arranged. Also, the plates, and utensils should be more easily found. At 7 a.m., the gravy was out and had to request it; the eggs were running low; the cups for yogurt had to be requested; the danish rack was low on product; the juice machine was broken. There's a jam up by the coffee, juice, main course area, since they are positioned right next to each other. We've been to this location before and it seemed better managed.

The rooms & shared spaces were all clean. The breakfast was a full breakfast & was delicious. The pool & hot tub were clean & very nice. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of bedding & spare bedding in the closet. The closet was huge, with a full ironing board & iron. Large clean, mini fridge, coffee maker, & microwave. Flat screen tvs with cable. All common areas were clean. About the only minor inconvenience was the elevator, & hallways were very hot & the blow dryer in the room was older & did not work well. The air conditioning inside the rooms worked very well though & the bathroom was clean, spacious & very nice.

Good hotel buffet breakfast. Great linens, towels, and other room amenities. We had not stayed in a Best Western before and now will look for same when we travel.

Not convenient to historic Las Vegas, however, we'd been here several times before and were aware of the hotel location. It was convenient for passing through.

Wonderful place with great breakfast and staff. Great amenities the kids loved. Ryan was wonderful at getting us an early check in so we get up to the mountain and ski. Deborah was so helpful and nice each encounter and her cookies were amazing!!

I liked the good breakfast food and friendly staff. I didn't get in until midnight and the guy was totally cool.

Can't think of anything really. Just needed a place to sleep as I had from Tucson to Denver. This place was good and had a free continental breakfast included.

We loved how nice it was on the inside, rooms were a good size, so clean, great breakfast, and the amazing coffee machine that is in the front was our favorite.

Would have been nice to have a tea option?

Came from Albuquerque, it was very comfortable and very clean!!!!! The staff were not rude, they were pretty cool. Super happy I picked this hotel in this town. Probably one of the best in the town.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Outside of town so no walking to Las Vegas but very close to town. Right off the highway if you’re just staying for the night.

Location was ideal. Breakfast and the lady running it was outstanding. Elevator was never a problem and getting a cart was not a problem.

I asked for two rooms, several months ago, to be reasonably close together. One on the second floor and one on the third floor didn’t fit the bill. I get it if I just pulled in, but I reserved several months ago and paid in advance.

Staff was amazing.

The pool was open and then all of a sudden it was closed down with no explanation at all. Bathroom could have been cleaned better. It had hair in the tub and sink.
