New rooms and beds are extremely comfortable. My husband and I both slept the best we have on our whole trip from California. Quiet hotel. It took us less than 30 seconds to get back onto the highway in the morning. It's probably the best Days Inn I've ever stayed at. The staff and manager are extremely friendly.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The upgraded rooms were really nice and very clean. The pool was awesome. The kids loved that pool. We were hoping for an indoor pool, but their outdoor pool had a great depth range (3-8 feet) and was very clean. This was the first hotel where they had cute little envelopes to tip housekeeping, and I loved that idea. Housekeepers have a hard and thankless job, and in today's day and age, when the self checkout wants a tip, this was a cute way to show our appreciation for the well-kept rooms!

The price was a little higher in comparison to similar quality hotels. The breakfast was lacking.

Easy access off the freeway. Room was clean and neat. The bed was super comfortable. Staff was very nice.

In a semi-sketchy area. I was afraid to walk across the street to the mini mart to get a soda because it was so sketchy. No elevator. The outside areas, the walkways, the ice machine room, etc were pretty dirty… cigarette butts, tissue, grime, ickiness all over. The provided breakfast was very lacking: No butter for the toast. No plain bread, only raisin bread. ‘Omlettes’ were just circles of eggs with a slice of American cheese sort of melted inside. No fruit, or yogurt, or danish offered I’m not being an elitist, but it really was pretty shameful. Seemed like someone didn’t go shopping and just put out leftovers, or they are trying to save money by shirking their obligation.

I was traveling through Santa Rosa and had a one-night stopover at the Days Inn. I arrived earlier than expected, and the staff were very accommodating—they even ensured I had a ground floor unit as I had a lot of camera equipment to carry. The bed was a tad bit harder than I normally prefer. I have a select Comfort and I like my number at 45 and I would say this bed was probably 50 to 55. But overall, it was really comfortable. I was towing a trailer and there was ample parking for me to park in the parking lot

The only thing I could say is during the night you could hear train horns, but nothing that kept me up

My brother and I were just interested in sleep. We were driving in from Las Vegas, NV, and were tired. The desk clerk did recommend a restaurant just across the street--Chico's. Good food. No wasted travel time. We were up and gone by 5am so we didn't have time for breakfast. We were expected in Springfield, MO, that evening. Beds were very satisfactory. We both slept like logs. If logs sleep???

I liked the fact the late night worker booked us up nicely. And close together. We forgot some stuff like shampoo conditioner and body wash and the worker told us the only store that was open was expensive so he brought us some extra stuff. I liked it was totally awesome. Nobody would really get us close together like he did. I was missing the place already the next night at another place when we tried to get the room close together.

The morning breakfast would've been better and the worker that morning just kinda put everything away idk if we were late or what.

Although a dated 2 story walk up motel, the rooms are very clean have been completely renovated, including the toilet and bath/shower located in a separate closed area. Vanity was over 8 ft long with double sinks and lighted mirror in addition to top lights. Small coffee maker, full size ironing board and iron are available in room. Computer table with USB outlets/chair, lounge chair, large flat TV, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave also newly installed, in addition to new AC and carpets! Check-in was courteous. Easy on/off to I-40 and opposite good value gas station!

Breakfast could have been better, but does offer cereals, toast, yogurt, small fruit cups, coffee, juices, and an automatic pancake machine serving 3 small pancakes! Packaged oatmeal and microwave oven also available. Not many good restaurants available in Santa Rosa.

The Day's Inn was fine. However, when my spouse made the reservation, the date changed to a different one that I needed Booking.com refused to refund any money at all -- they charged us the entire amount for the stay -- even though my wife recognized the error within a minute and tried to cancel. We will be happy to share this information about booking.com with all of our family, friends and fellow travelers.
