Price was nice and beds were comfy. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Very quiet location, which was nice for us since the four of us had fallen asleep before 7pm from exhaustion.

The only complaints I have, there was a bit of mold in the air conditioner/heater vent and there wasn't much to choose from with the breakfast.

The room was very clean, including a spotless and sparkling white bathtub. The check in process was swift. And breakfast included self serve Belgian waffles, fresh poured milk, and orange juice. They do have a pool that’ll rock once it’s open and running again. They recently remodeled the entire front office. (I’ve stayed here before the new owners took over.) It’s probably your very best bet when it comes to quality and bang for your buck whike staying in Tucumcari.

The only room left was a smoking king, which smelled as one would expect after years of cigarettes. So a little air freshener would’ve been a nice touch, but can’t complain. The pool is under renovation. They’ve been struck by a bad stroke of luck in that their pool tiles have been lost in shipment for an untold number of weeks, yet another thing you can’t blame on the owner operators. So the negatives aren’t even really negatives.

Mattress was very comfortable after a long drive. Glad I slept & left!!

The sidedoor wasn't securely shut..no key necessary..just wide open. The sheets & shower curtain smelled not good. The toilet seat was loose & brackets were not right. The toilet was too close to the vanity or the vanity was too big for the space. There was an additional sink in the room but the coffee maker was in the bathroom. The AC unit was so loud i couldn't hear the tv. The handles for shower had black mold behind them. All caulking was moldy.

The staff was exceptional.

There was no balcony, as advertised. I chose to be upgraded from a non-smoking king to a double smoking queen with a balcony. It was actually a outdoor sidewalk with a 2nd door to a hall. And safety lock was broken to outside door.

The Staff were very kind & friendly. Informed us of breakfast, parking & if we needed anything to call the front desk.

The only thing I seen was 2 carpet stains in our room floor. Also down the hallway. It makes the floor seem dirty. But the room was very clean. The housekeepers do a wonderful job in their duties. Management may need to work on getting the carpets professionally cleaned. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

We really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. They were very accommodating, and even gave us suggestions on things to do while visiting. We also enjoyed how spacious and clean the rooms were. They have a fridge and microwave. We also liked the location, and that it was right off of I40.

The pillows were AWFUL. We usually always bring our own and forgot to this trip. We HIGHLY suggest bringing your own pillows. But literally that was the only thing we didn't like about our stay, so I'd definitely say it's worth every penny.

It was a comfortable cheap place to lay for the night. Plenty of breakfast options.

The parking lot is atrocious and there’s hardly anywhere to park. I could hear the people above me as clear as day- thankfully they weren’t as active when night time came around.

We didn't eat the breakfast. Had other plans. The room was nice,clean and easy access from our car. It was in a great location for easy access to the hiway or town.

The parking lot had a lot of holes. That's really my only complaint.

It was in a quiet spot near the road but not out of the way. They had a decent breakfast and kind staff.

There wasn’t anything that stood out as bad. I have nothing to add regarding this question.

The breakfast offered is lacking, waffles you make were good, cold cereal option. Old muffins that were hard. Could do better to offer fresh muffins, bread for toast. The side door entrance by the pool does not lock that is concerning.
