Food on breakfast buffet, pool, large room, thermostat, bed comfort.

Juice at breakfast was very watery both mornings, no bedding for sofa bed, potato chip crumbs on desk chair upon arrival, inside of fridge was very warm.

We have stayed there now 4 times i think. Everytime we stay we have a wonderful time. The staff Jackie, Taylor, Megan are so helpful and kind. They went over & beyond! Whatever I need they made sure we had. The pool is amazing and my kids love it so much we will return. Megan makes the BEST DRINKS. Shes so friendly.

Breakfast food was mediocre; Roman shade in room was only for decor and had obviously been mistaken as “functional” - strings had been torn behind shade indicating it had been pulled down with force

The staff was very nice but check in took a very long time. The women at the desk was new and the women helping her was acting as the bartender so it took a very long time to check in because the new employee had trouble with generating the bill. I understand every one needs to learn but the women training shouldn't have been doing two jobs and not available to her trainee. Room was very clean but much smaller then other Hampton Inns we have stayed at.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. I didn’t get to try it but the work out room and pool looked lovely and there was a fire pit outside with seating which was particularly nice, especially when paired with drinks from the bar.

The shower was a little weak, but I find the water pressure at most hotel showers a little weak in comparison to home. The omelettes looked a little unappetizing but the scrambled eggs the following day were excellent and I have to say was impressed that the breakfast was changed up from day to day!

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable and well decorated. Only stayed for one night and did not use any of the facilities, but our stay was enjoyable and would definitely stay again.

The room was awesome. I like that the bed was up against the bathroom and not against the walls against the rooms on either side. It was quiet. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. We had another great stay !!

I did not ask until check out as I got a handicap room hoping for a shower chair did not realize I needed to ask

The beds are amazing and I also loved the hottub and the breakfast and the staff were the most friendly staff I have ever encountered

I loved everything just the lroce was a little steep

Cost was high considering we’re attending a wedding. With all expenses of traveling and the hotel, food etc….
