Unbelievable, this hotel was not bb only everything it looks and 100 times better the staff was unbelievable. I made mine and my husband stay so comfortable with much-needed rest and relaxation. Never having to worry about anything Mario was wonderful as was Nachi , I can’t wait to return to the hotel. I hope it sooner than later. We can’t say enough about our time here. Staff, room and amenities were incredible. Can’t wait to return. Will be referring to friends and family. Thanks for everything!!!

We would just suggest adding mini fridge(empty) and a second chair for people to sit. Not necessary but would have been useful in our case. By no means is this a complaint merely a suggestion.

It's great that they have a small galley kitchen on each floor. We were able to keep some wine and cheese in the fridge and enjoyed the pastries, yogurt etc provided.

The only improvement I would suggest is adding a small table and chairs to the room; we ordered in dinner one night and had to sit on the bed to eat.

Galley kitchen had refrig - coffee/tea - yogurts/best choc chip cookies n pastry twists. Very well appointed Very clean very thick carpeting in hall n our room fresh/concise n immaculate. Bathroom roomy n perfect!

The staff - especially Jamie, Alexis & Michaela - couldn’t have been more welcoming and hospitable throughout our trip! From fresh made cold brew to the complimentary galley and even a quick tour of town in their electric Jeep, the team at Menhaden really make it feel like a home away from home. Menhaden’s location in the center of downtown Greenport also made it the perfect place to stay during our weekend in the North Fork.

The property is in pristine conditions, with great coffee and very attentive staff. This has to be the best stay in Greenport. We took the bikes (included) to the beach, had a bottle of wine in the rooftop deck and enjoyed the coffee from the downstairs coffee bar.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They helped plan a vineyard tour and made dinner reservations for us for both nights of our stay. They were proactive in meeting our needs and were very responsive. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything was terrific

The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, ample snacks, beverages available free of charge, but the absolute standout is the staff/service. Within moments of reserving our room, i received a text from the property welcoming us and offering their services. Their suggestions, assistance were outstanding!!!!! Rooftop deck is wonderful!!!!!!

It was a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was adorable and there are stocked pantries on every floor with local products! Nothing to complain about. The roof top is a great place to watch the sunset with a bottle of local wine. Bikes available and beach chairs too! Just ask the front desk and they will point you in the direction of your beach destination!

Our overnight trip was too short with high season prices. W we could have spent an extra night.

Magnifying mirror in bathroom was fantastic. Lighting in bathroom was also excellent. Room was welcoming and had a soothing environment. Galley was a welcomed addition to the experience.

The shower would be safer for older heists if it had grab bars installed, since the tub is a bit slippery. Also could use a small shelf in bathroom for toilet articles
