OK... Nothing exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening receptionish was particularly kind. Needed to change rooms due to lack of shower curtain. Staff were cery accomodating. Maintenance was also very helpful since entry locks to pool area were not functioning properly.

Breakfast was just ordinary. Seemed a bit pricy for a Hampton Inn.

The staff were excellent - helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and as expected. EV charger was available and worked great. May need to add chargers soon.

If you stay in one of the rooms above the lobby, you may experience the low level sound of music that is piped out of speakers in the entry/lobby all night long.

The breakfast was very good for one that was included with the price of the stay. The place was immaculately clean. Was a HUGE fan of the afternoon chocolate chip cookies left for guests on counter and free for taking.

The fitness room was rather small.

Breakfast was bare bones unlike other Hampton Inn offerings. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean.

Breakfast offerings could have been better. Organization of breakfast area was too crowded with furniture. More signs need to be posted for clear directions within the hotel.

Right off the highway, easy to get to. Hostess behind the desk was very helpful, inquired if we needed dinner recommendations but when we told her where our reservation was she gave us quick precise directions.

Our TV didn’t work. We didn’t really mind and probably could have called the front desk but checked in, went straight to dinner and visited friends. Late when we returned, turned on TV, saw it didn’t work so just turned it. Didn’t want to bother anyone at that time of night.

When I was cleaning up the room the maid said they don't wash the comforters, coronavirus is real bed bugs lice, Im very OCD they all need to be washed to. Then I reserved 3 rooms and when we was there they charged me 3 different prices and the staff said she was changing to $75 a rm and never did. I have to say Jodi was a lady there very nice and friendly someone that has a Great personality.

We were here because my son was playing baseball at the Cooperstown all star village. It was so close, only a 5 minute drive away. The breakfast was awesome and my younger kids LOVED the indoor pool and hot tub.

Property had a clean fresh feel and was very well maintained. Room was clean modern and quite spacious. Pool while a drop on the small side was really nice with cool mood lighting and a nice hottub. Breakfast was above average for covid times and the staff was nice. The hilton freebies always appriciated and is why hilton has become so superior to mariott across all levels

Room was clean, convenient to local locations. Reception staff friendly. Check in very smooth.

Mattress and pillows were too soft for my liking, but that is a personal preference. Shower was awesome!

Friendly, accommodating staff. Extremely clean hotel and room. Pool and breakfast were excellent! Convenient location.

Nothing! Would stay here again and highly recommend.
