Location was perfect for us to go into Corning and head up to Cooperstown. We were staying over to break up the trip. The woman at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating. She was so busy but always had a smile on her face. The pool was clean for the kids. Great restaurants in nearby Corning. Room was clean and comfortable. Lobby area was nice.

Breakfast seemed like a hodge podge. Whatever was in the kitchen went out. None of the awesome cinnamon rolls 😞. It may have been the end of their shipment. But, I am thankful to have breakfast included. 😁

Overall, fairly good selection of foods. Caters to those who eat fried eggs and meat. There was hot cereal offered, which I ate. The Texas toast bread was nice.

Perhaps some fresh fruit would be nice (bananas or oranges). Also, perhaps, some hard-boiled eggs as a substitute for fried eggs. Another suggestion- whole grain bread, if possible.

Guests were provided free bottled water in every room. The shower area had dispensers with pumps mounted on the wall for dispensing shower gel, shampoo etc.

A lot of appliances in the common areas were not working or “out of order”, for example ice vending machines, water fountain, restroom, sanitizer dispensing station etc. In the room, the packet accompanying the coffee maker with sugar, creamer etc., did not have a stirrer in it.

Room was much bigger than expected and much nicer. Lots of room to spread out, and almost a kitchenette. Room right by the elevator, but we couldn't hear a thing. We would have stayed here for longer if there weren't places we needed to be. We like the Corning area, so we will be back!

Couldn't find carts to haul luggage when checking in.

in addition to very comfortable room and good breakfast, staff was honest. I left my purse hanging on my breakfast chair, and they called me on my phone as we were loading the car to tell me. I was so relieved and asked who turned it in so I could thank her or him and hand them a tip with my thanks, and she came out of the kitchen area. Very much appreciated!

The hotel was clean, room was huge and the staff were friendly. The breakfast had good selection except juices were rarely stocked.

The pool was down for maintenance. The room was very dark, the lighting definitely needs to be upgraded.

A very spacious and accessorized room. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. A good parking space just near the entrance.

Very next to the highway, we could hear the traffic all night. The fire alarm went on accidentally for several minutes in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was very noisy.

The hotel was in a good location for us. We went to Watkins Glen biking and kayaking. We also went to Corning Museum of glass. We enjoyed the breakfast and the rooms were clean. The bed was comfortable, we slept real good.

Great location next to the interstate and the museum. Friendly staff rooms were clean it was quiet. They went out of their way to make sure we had the type of room we needed.

The ramp coming out of the walkin shower was slippery. There should have been a few more breakfast choices but overall it was adequate.

good location. Very close to Tesla supercharger. The hotel car park also has a free Tesla destination charger. The room was clean and had a good desk.

The room did not have a locker cabinet.
