The hotel manager was very attentive and hospitable . She made us feel right at home and gave us plenty of directions and instructions of places to go and how to avoid traffic by going thru the back roads. Very easy going and very approachable. This is our second time at this lodge and we will certainly come again . Good value for the price . Room was quiet and very comfortable.

The coffee maker in our room was not working properly this time around and giving out cold coffee

I went out of season two days after a trip to and before returning to Madrid. The best hotel of all along my hole travel with the one in Philadelphia. They gave me a map of the area and they recommended what to visit. Free parking with spacious rooms with everything you need, and excellent value for money to visit the area. Do not hesitate if you are looking for a good price at a reasonable price, five stars go from me.

No brekfast, but not a big problem

Place was quaint. Nice little motel set off the road on a big piece of property. Outdoor couches and two grills were available to use if we wanted to cook a meal. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The rooms aren't big, but for two people they were perfect and we'll probably look to stay here again.

Everything was fine, no complaints.

The staff was very friendly offering touring ideas, providing good information about where to eat and helping out with any issues. The location is excellent and the room was clean.

The shampoo dispenser in the shower didn't work so it should probably be removed and perhaps there should be a more permanent shelf in the shower since the one provided kept falling down.

The room was wonderful! Very clean and well kept. All white linens freshly cleaned. They had a small coffee maker so we made coffee every morning before going out. We got great eating recommendations from the ladies at the front desk and we were told "now you have a home in the Hamptons". We feel like we do!

They are still following COVID protocol so the room was not entered while we were there, had to make the bed but a small inconvenience to be safe.

The room was spacious and well equipped with a microwave, small refrigerator and a Keurig coffee machine. Everything was clean.

The last night we were there, some guests, who were put in the room next to ours, were quite loud. Sound carries in this inn, both inside and outside.

Hamlet Inn is a little gem, a very cozy any beautiful place and Denise makes you feel at home there and answers any question you may have. They offer coffee, tea, water, cakes and fruits all day. The location is perfect for exploring the Hamptons.

We thought this place was off the road but it is on a main rd so was a good location but not as quiet as hoped. The housekeeping lady was lovely.

Don't have workmen outside our bathroom when we're having a shower. A coffee maker in the room would have been good.

Friendly service! Denise is amazing, warm and a great host. The place is clean, well kept and i enjoyed sitting by the pool. It had everything that we needed for a well priced short stay. It was tucked away from the craziness of South Hampton and a short drive to Cooper’s beach.

Could do with bigger hair dryers but that’s not an issue.

It was spotless. You could smell how clean everything was in the lobby area checking-in even thru the required mask! The rooms were comfy and quiet/serene. A true "find" a bit off the beaten path, but so worth it. Denise at the front desk was super-helpful. I was there for work so couldn't relax too long on the beautiful, landscaped grounds or use the pool. Hope to return for some much-needed R&R. Would definitely recommend and I travel alot!
