We liked the Cleanliness, the size of the room and bathroom. Really appreciated how the parking lot was located at the back and is closed off with only one way in and out. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The hall light in our room wasn't working, reported it at the desk shortly after checking in and was told it would be fixed about 8 pm that night and it never was fixed over our 5 night stay. Also, there was no bathtub mat or anything, so standing in the shower was a little slippery. Also, it would have been nice to have a chair of some kind in the room.

Good location( 15-20 minutes walking to mall center), comfy bed, complementary coffee, clean., access to Netflix, they don't ask you for a deposit like other hotels ,which is definitely a plus! Friendly staff, ATM in the lobby and vending machines that also provide with hygiene products.

We had to wait like 20 minutes to do the check in, because there was nobody at the front desk. We also had to go to the front desk because our card didn't open the room. Not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. But these were just minor things that can be fixed and improved. Apart from that, everything was ok. We're definitely staying again!

That the bed was comfortable

The area how far away everything was from the hotel even in walking distance. Nothing good to watch on TV channels. I also didn't like how everyday I had to get my card reactivated as if I checked out daily Had to ask for tissue big towels and wash towels while the crew was in the hallways they never knocked on the door to clean my room nor stocked it before my stay I had one big towel and the shower mat only. Oh and let me not forget they offered " bagels coffee and other items" as breakfast but never told me that as a paid guest if I have to give a star coming from Chicago to New York to visit it would definitely be a 2 star ⭐ rating

We appreciate that there's a still a descent place to stay that is affordable.Prices are crazy in the city, and this place is nice for the price you pay.

The cleaning staff has to pay more attention to the common areas. Some guests use them and don't clean what they use ( microwave, coffee table) so please keep that in mind because if you don't, the place can be disgusting in a couple of minutes.

The personnel during the day, and in the evening were very helpful polite. I knew their job, well, including housekeeping, they were exceptional, and the most important part they are very honest.

The bed was comfortable The room was big enough, so as not to feel claustrophobic, the staff was excellent and all the vending machines with different types of treats and drinks were so helpful to us.

Staff are very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the private bathroom was incredible. the hotel has a very convenient ATM available in the lobby.

They don't have breakfast and the elevator was so slow. the vending machine in my floor wasn't working very good, but I got a fast assistance and got my product.

The staff was very friendly. They hooked us up with the nicer bigger rooms. Bed was so comfortable. Ask for 6th floor. Best rooms up there. Microwave, closet, huge bathroom, nice glass shower. Very romantic with partner. Was quiet up there. Clean. It was nice.

I just didn’t like the location

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. i complained that the toilet seats was to low,when i was there before i did get a room with a higher seat.

my cover had burn marks on them. i had to get pass key recalibrated a lot , but the clerk explained the problem . and i checked the key when i returned .

The beds and rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly/helpful. There us a bus BXM8 that is just 6 minutes work from the hotel which takes you directly to Madison Avenue. I am definitely booking this hotel again if I come back to New York .

My telephone wasn't working but the staff offered me another room.

My room was clean I stayed for 2 nights and the first morning I left and returned in the night and they cleaned my room well.

The other people who occupied the room beside me was playing loud music I could hear everything because the walls are tin. My boyfriend couldn't sleep he was very angry. I want to book again but not sure if he wants to be back there again
