I liked that the Hotel was very clean. Their beds were very comfortable. The staff was very nice. The complimentary breakfast that they offered was all microwavable food which was blahh... So I ate fruit and yogurt everyday and had their coffee. However my kids enjoyed the food so, I'm not bashing the service for that. My only dislike of the stay was the challenge for parking since the front lot was closed because the NYPD had the road closed to get to the Hotel because of a crime scene that happened right there. There is a back lot to the hotel from what the NY police officer had told us with direction which was not very specific because we were from out of state. So my description to anyone reading this, put on your GPS 162 W and Summit Bronx. Once you get to that destination make a left. There is a light colored fence on the right of the street that borders that parking lot. You are allowed to park there and as long as you are checked in, your room key card will allow you in the hotel. Hope this is helpful for anyone reading.

The room was comfortable, clean, and a good size at a good price. Breakfast was good for continental . The staff was amazing and very accommodating. walking distance to Yankee Stadium, nightlife, and food.

Location is a little odd, right next to the Major Deegan Expy. There is a sidewalk so you can walk there from the 161st and 153rd street stations. You can also take the side road if you are driving, the back parking lot is on Summit Ave.

This is our second stay at the Best Western Plus Stadium inn. I know what to expect and we always enjoy our stay the room has a fridge and microwave it's a good size with a good location staff is very friendly the room is clean and has hot running water tv channels are good as well. We enjoyed our stay thank you best western

The food can be better it's good but have a better selection and this time around they had no juice at all which was not the biggest issue but I just expect a better breakfast with juice as it not a cheap place to stay

It was as you'd expect - no frills and nice and easy. Bit of a strange location but accessible to everything.

The walls are paper thin, could hear everything from the other rooms and nothing was done about it having a quiet word with the other guests even when I'd asked reception for it. I also asked for some help with directions or even just finding what looked like a different exit to the hotel to a more pedestrian friendly road - nope. Temperature in the room was hard to manage as had to keep playing with the aircon too.. Lastly, breakfast was a lot more basic than anticipated but actually quite liked that it was so self service and come and get it yourself to take away (presumably because of covid).

Breakfast was pedestrian, but for the price I paid it was satisfactory. If I had this same breakfast at the Waldorf or the Grand Hyatt, I would have been extremely disappointed. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great - hot water immediately and for as long as I needed. Location wise, it was great. Walked there from Yankee stadium. Also, it was a plus to be able to get a free hot cup of coffee as soon as I entered the front door. Front staff was very pleasant. (Were they actually New Yorkers?? LOL)

(1) The water tasted terrible. (I know this is the city's fault, and not the responsibility of the hotel, but you did ask. Perhaps they could run the water through a filter.) (2) Location, the neighborhood is definitely not Central Park Manhattan, but I wasn't there to enjoy the neighborhood other than Yankee Stadium. (3) The address. The hotel was on Sedgewick Avenue, but when I put in a request to Uber it gave me an address on Martin Luther King Blvd! I asked the front desk if Uber came there and they said "of course!" So why does Uber ask me to walk to some place on Martin Luther King Blvd.? He responded that it was the same address but Uber listed it differently. If they know that, they should list their address as Sedgewick/Martin Luther King Blvd.

The room was very clean, very cozy the beds and pillows soft I loved the clean washroom there was lots of plugs for our phones laptop tablets a nice big tv I love they have a fridge and a microwave. And they are very nice and welcoming I think it’s nice they also have security onsite it makes you The location was good literally right beside Yankees stadium.

Since we had a car I’d say parking because it’s small lot and it’s first come first serve, the view is okay it’s really a residential area so don’t really expect the best view but we didn’t mind as well I would have liked better options when it came to the breakfast they had hash browns one morning and they barley looked cooked still white and hard.

Comfortable beds, spacious room, good view from the rooftop. Checkin and checkout was very fast. They do not charge a security deposit.

The location is not the most pleasant but we were aware of that at the time of the booking. The breakfast was not the best we have seen, very few options and always the same. They do not list the ingredients and allergens, which is problematic in case of food allergies.

the property is in a great location for visiting yankee stadium. The Staff was amazing , the river view was beautiful the windows opened for fresh air. it was very clean. the free breakfast was ok. the bathroom was nice good water pressure. we liked the room layout as well. plenty of places to sit and store luggage.

The coffee was not good so if you are a coffee drinker plan to have it elsewhere. The bed wasnt comfortable and the bed was right on top of the plug for the lamps so if you sit on the bed you would unplug everything on the nightstand. when laying down at night you can see the bright hallway light under the door. Anyone in the hallway you can hear clearly. Had no issues in the neighborhood but it isnt the best and the construction on the road out front could be bothersome.

Location to Yankee Stadium.

They were deceptive about parking. On the phone they say that they have limited parking but what they don’t say is that there is literally just 10 parking spaces in total for the entire hotel. Also, this property is right on top of I-87 and in the dead of the night it will sound as if motorcycles are running right through you hotel room. At least that was our experience on the 9th floor.

I opt out of breakfast because it's always crowded. I've booked this location a minimum of 8 times. The rooms are large and equipped with microwaves and mini-fridges, a big plus to the stay.

The rooms or Hotel need to invest in soap. Although I received extra soap from housekeeping, the little soap was too small.
