I cannot praise this hotel enough, everything was tasteful and excellent. The food was tasty and cooked with taste. Very clean. Rooms were amazing.

I cannot fault the hotel. But u did have a problem as I booked it through booking who went ahead and cancelled my order without consent or reason. I was then told u have to rebook, but re booking 3 days to my trip meant I had to pay a much higher price. I'm not sore of booking is running a scam of sone sort so they can get customers to pay more money. It is very disconcerting that a booking can be cancelled without any compensation and incur additional cost to the consumer. Very dodgy.

Very clean,staff promptly answered to any requests. the place is relaxing the pool area is well maintain the restaurant is good and offers a variety of plates I will be going back soon!

The room was quite large and spacious, also very clean. The full size refrigerator was also nice, and a keurig with choices for coffee and tea was welcomed. Certainly put the larger hotels and resorts to shame. Will definitely stay here again

I had food delivered to the front desk and no one alerted me that my food was there. It would have been nice if it was brought to my room

Everything was wonderful and cozy!!!! The food and coffee was extremely delicious!!!! The staff was courteous and very helpful!!!! Enjoyed my morning!!!!!!

Perfect trip!!! Although the weather was not in agreement. I still had a wonderful time inside. The fireside was excellent to sit by!!!! On a beautiful rainy day! Drinking hot chocolate!!

if I were to be hyper critical, I would say that some of the wood furnishings (desk, coffee table, end tables, dresser) was a little beat up and shabby. especially in contrast to the cushioned chair and sofa, and bed which were in exceptionally great shape.

The food was less than average for both lunch and dinner. The guest should be advised that the food is served as a buffet rather than table service.

The hotel is beautiful, the value for the price is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The Breakfast buffet is very nice. The sitting area on the main floor is very inviting. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful.

The dinner buffet was not so great, but you can choose to order from the menu is you like.

Everything was perfect! The room was very spacious, clean and had all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay! I booked for my boyfriends birthday and they provided us with champagne. There was complimentary dinner and breakfast with our stay, it was delicious. I can’t wait to stay again.

Breakfast every day, dinner Monday thru Thursday included in the room rate. Courtesy by the staff - acknowledgement of one's presence when passing by the registration desk. In the dining area attentive to your needs as well as allowing the guest to walk first/before they would proceed. Security on the premises is a plus, plus - allowing guests feel quite safe. Very much appreciated granting our request for a one bedroom (nice) and to our surprise - sheets & pillowcases changed daily.

The hamburger/hot dog buffet meal could be a little less costly for one's guest - say$18/20. At the restaurant next door - where one is served at the table - $25 okay.

The room was roomy and clean. The dinner and breakfast were exceptional. I enjoyed the pool and garden. I was very happy there was a shuttle that picked me up from the railroad and took me back at the end of my stay. I left feeling very relaxed.
