Breakfast was good. Nice selection of choices and fresh coffee. Even had pastries and biscuits and gravy. They also offered waffles, grits, eggs, cereals, and toast/bagels. There's even balcony seating for breakfast upstairs by the kitchen! Room was spacious and comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable, and there were enough towels and wash cloths for our stay. Friendly staff, and a good location which was convenient to the venue we attended. Really nice patio and pool area, even though it was too cold to utilize it. Looks like a good time in the summer months though.

There a couple small issues with the room. The bedroom has 1 functioning lamp due to a bad light bulb, and the cabinet door where the trash can was in the kitchen had loose hinges. Also, the underneath of the toilet seat was not cleaned properly and there was a pork rind under the small chair in the living room. It was a nice room, but the small things deducted from the "wow" factor it could have received from us.

The site is beautiful. The entrance over the covered bridge, especially at night, is enchanting. The hotel was immaculate, and the staff attentive and friendly. The daily breakfast was nice, although I personally did not care for the turkey sausage. As always, the waffles were outstanding.

The digital connection to the network TV stations (ABC, CBS, NBC) stopped after one day. I called the front desk, was told that someone would come, no one ever did. All of the other cable channels worked. As I checked out three days later, I mentioned the problem again and was told that a technician was coming to fix something on the roof. The light bulb in one living room lamp was out.

Arrival changed. hotel was great. Room was really nice hotel was quiet. Breakfast was ok nothing super special. But ok. Near to the venue I was going to. Near supermarkets.

I had to rebook thru hotel for some reason as my arrival changed ck out i was charged 135.00 a nite. Can u say bait & switch !! And im a damn member. Pool also wasn't open on Thurs. For unknown reasons

Surrounding privacy of the hotel was wonderful. The 2 double bed room with sofa sleeper was spaciouse for our family of 4. Social dinner was actually delicious pulled pork! Location to walk or drove to the restaurants and Starbucks was less than a mile. Accomadting dogs was stress free!

Elevator was not working properly. Breakfast was okay but could have been better. Blankets, pillows and bedsheets already available for the sleeper sofa in the closet would have been better rather than needing to go to the front desk to get them.

the convenience of location, the size of the suites and amenities

our room wasn’t clean. my one year old granddaughter was with us and was bringing us stuff she was finding (example: in the window sill of the bedroom there was a pill - medicine. it had been there long enough the letters were faded off, not sure what it was but grateful she didn’t put it in her mouth).

Quiet room, good breakfast daily (menu always changed… that was nice) and social on Wednesday with food and drinks, staff was SOOO nice.

had trouble with the toilet overflowing and there was no maintenance or housekeeping available until the following day due to staffing issues

Heidi was super pleasant upon arrival. First Impressions? She nailed it! Check-in was swift and efficient. I loved the unexpected meal selection at social hour which was well presented. The little to-go boxes where such a great added convenience, Our room was located on the 4th floor but no so far that it was an inconvenience. We were only guests overnight however the suit had everything necessary for a comfortable extended stay. The decor in the lobby was cozy and appealing. The breakfast had a variety of foods and remained well stocked. I had to go down for a second trip and everything was stocked. The breakfast staff was also very pleasant.

I did have issues with the printer in the the business center therefore ink was waisted. I did not ask for assistance.

Great breakfast and wonderful lady running the breakfast area. Room was good size.

When we checked in, the manager would not honor the Booking.com price we reserved. Had to get refund for difference thru Booking.com. Manager was nice about it, but said they were not required to honor the Booking.com reserved price. First time I ever had that happen.

Rooms are comfortable with a good breakfast. Staff is friendly and the location is very good.

Its a good hotel but the interior needs upgrading. Stayed here about 17 years ago and still the same decor. Owners need to do this place justice… it’s a nice building.

This was a beautiful location. My husband made use of the outdoor grill. Kids and baby loved the outdoor pool. The rooms and overall hotel was very clean.

The decorative plants could have been cut back some off the walkways coming out of the rooms by the pool. But we made it work.
