The property was clean and located close to lots of amenities.Beds & pillows were fantastic! The room was large as we had 2 adults and 3 teenage daughters.

The location is about 10 minutes from the Concord Mills Mall. It has multiple food options nearby and at least 4-5 restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has a kitchen/restaurant in the lobby as well. The facilities are well maintained and friendly staff. The breakfast was awesome! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, orange juice, apple juice, different types of milk & coffee. The way it was set up it was easy to move around and dip our plates.

The elevator could've moved faster when waiting for it to arrive but it wasn't extremely slow either.

Overall, our stay was quite enjoyable. The staff were all friendly and eager to help. Room: we stayed 3 nights and when we got there it was clean and the room was large. Layout included two sturdy places to set suitcases- I love that - with roomy minifridge, big screen TV, a comfortable, long sofa area. Bath: large, well designed walk-in shower, well engineered grab bars, good water pressure, lots of room to spread out on the vanity, fluffy towels. At first glace, there were few wall sockets, but closer inspection revealed many extra sockets built into the desktop and bedside tables for charging our devices! We both slept better than we usually do in a hotel: the beds were very comfortable and the room darkening shade system worked great. Other amenities: the gym is well equipped and clean. Breakfast: wonderful! Fresh fruits and delicious sausages! My husband liked his carb choices, but I'm diabetic: it's not often I get as many protein choices as provided. Very handy that it started at 6AM, too. To have 5 to 6 hot tea choices plus good coffee and 2 juices was fabulous.

The first day, the maid never cleaned our room, so we had no clean towels or facecloths to use that night or the next morning - yuck. At this price range, I would expect better maid service. Our room was next to the elevator, so noisier than average, and there were people yelling loudly in the hall outside our door one evening. Other than that, it was quiet. There were connectivity issues with the Wifi, but the front desk provided help there. The decor was new. What they call "modern, industrial, edgy" which my nervous system interprets as "cold, barren, dull," and quite frankly it did put my nerves on edge. Definitely designed by somebody in love with their ruler and protractor. To each their own. If you are looking for organic, look somewhere else.

The property was Great, super clean, very friendly staff. Easy access to very close to where I was working.

Only disappointment was the water pressure on the 5th floor, there were not a lot of guest and you had to stand almost directly under the shower head to get wet. I mentioned the issue to the front desk and the engineer came by the room quickly but he mentioned it must be the water tanks or the time I was using the shower ( makes no sense ). I would love to stay at this property again but will ask about the water pressure 1st.

Friendly staff received and assisted us during the stay. Everything was clean and good quality towels and linen are used. There are two big drawers and two suitcase racks available, which makes the handling of luggage easy. Meat dishes presented with breakfast were changed daily and the fruit and juice were fresh. Our room had the most beautiful views of sunset. I am a sensitive sleeper and was not disturbed by any noise during our 3 day stay. The hotel is within about 20 minutes walking distance from the blue line train, which runs to the city centre.

I would prefer a bed on which the movement of my sleeping partner cannot reach me, as I am a very sensitive sleeper.

Front desk staff not welcoming. Both were on their phones when we checked in. Remote for TV in bedroom did not work. Took it to front desk to ask for another, neither staff member looked surprised. One grabbed another out of a drawer and gave it to me with no acknowledgment. Took it to room - that one didn't work. Back down to front desk. Staff went to find new batteries for it and seemed very irritated with me. First world problem for sure but was not made welcome at all.

The location was great. The breakfast was good and the host for breakfast was super sweet! The beds and pillows were comfy. Very clean and neat! Great staff. The front desk provided us with a toothbrush. We we’re not able to take a vantage of the complementary breakfast in the morning before we left since we had to leave super early, so we were happy there was coffee available for us when leaving out.

The phone was set so that it had no dial tone. I could not reach the front desk by phone. The room was for three but there were no sample bottles of shampoo, conditioner, or lotion for three. There was only one make up remover, as if it was known that there weren’t three women that were reserving the room. There was not enough Kleenex in the room.

Great location as most of my work was in UNC nearby. Lots of walkable space around. Nice Mexican restaurant within walkable distance, along with 2 other restaurants. More restaurants within 10 mins driving distance. Comfortable room, quite spacious. Excellent breakfast spread. Usually one good hot vegetarian option other than the breads.

Nothing really. I enjoyed my stay.
