Price, location, good customer service. For a quick weekend trip it was a good value.

The building inside definitely could use a remodel. The room was decent but also could really use a refresh. The WiFi speeds were horrible. 2mbps download speeds was absolutely useless. Please consider having your IT dept increase the internet speeds to at least 15 or 20mbps per client device. My 5G mobile hotspot performed 100% better, especially if you have kids and they have mobile devices as well.

Close to airport

Shuttle advertised but not available. I had written when I made the reservation but never heard back. When I called the day of stay I was told they would pay for a taxi. Of course my husband forgo to get the $15 receipt. We come from Spain and look for simplicity, they did not make it easy. Either there was a bulldozer outside the window or the air conditioner was terribly loud. State of construction not pretty.

The breakfast was good, the room was good.

The hotel is definitely needing to be remodeled. It was clean enough, but it had been sprayed for bugs, so there was the insecticide spray smell and quite a number of dead bugs lying around.

I really liked that it was right off of the highway, great access. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was takeout breakfast, and a good variety of choices. A shot out to the front desk personal, Michael, who did a great job of getting me checked in and making sure that I had the breakfast pre ordered. I would stay at this property again.

You can tell that the hotel is a little old and need to go through a renovation at some point in the future.

Staff member greeted us very warmly and with a smile, made us feel welcomed.

Someone was smoking right outside the front door of the building, had to go around him, and also on the floor where we were staying, we could smell it very strongly in the hallway when we came out of our room. Normally I wouldn't complain but smoke causes me to get migraine headaches so therefore I always make sure I get a no smoking room.

I was very impress with how friendly the staff was and how quickly they helped me. Very professional and would recommend others to stay. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. I will say the lady who was preparing it, Had it prepped and on time every morning.

No complaints

I just needed a room for one night. I made this reservations after another hotel's staff was extremely rude to me. It was about 3pm when I made it. I called to make sure they had the reservations and they did. When I arrived the lady was really nice and checking in was very easy. The room was clean and smelled good.

When I was taking a shower, the drain flow was slow. There was a stain on the sheets that may have been over looked when folding.

It's good but too much good

Clean and staff specially breakfast time woman not to good for kids night time on arrival also very rude behavior.

Breakfast was exceptionally good. Room could use some upgrading. The staff at front desk were very helpful.

Nothing other than upgrading the room a bit...especially the bathroom.

Location

Items needed for the pullout were not present. We had to request it. The refrigerator did not work. We had to control the water on the toilet to get it to flush.
