The facilities and cleanliness were up to my expectations for Hampton Inns (they are our go-to chain hotel when we are on the road). This hotel was quite good based on our overall experience with Hamptons. The staff was friendly and the breakfast items fresh. The price of these hotels keep creeping up but we can count on their overall high quality for the basics (we don't use the pool or exercise rooms so can't rate those). Definitely recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone staying in or passing through the Greensboro area.

Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles, an assortment of fruit, yogurts, juices. mile and coffee. Attendant kept the area clean and well stocked with hot food. Location was key and allowed us to get to our venue in High Point easily, as well as do a little bit of site seeing in the local area. Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and superb Thai Restaurant (Chang Mai) within a few miles. Hotel tucked in an area that did not have a lot of traffic so we were able to run outside and not worry about traffic. Parking lot well lit and plenty of spaces. Staff was attentive and pleasant. Great stay overall - we'll be back.

Location for breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs were a little cold. Took too long for people to make waffles. There were many people so it is understandable. When you sell a house they say that curb appeal is the most important. So is the lobby and check in desk of a hotel. Cassandra was the pretty young lady at the desk. I have been to many hotels and she had to be the best clerk that I ever had. She was so respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. She went above and beyond anything that a desk clerk would be asked. Most men and women act like they don’t want to even be there let alone be helpful. Cassandra may be the best employee company wide. That is a hotel curb appeal. This is my second or third time staying at your hotel. It will not be the last. Next year she should have a big promotion. I probably won’t even see her. Did I mention pretty? Thank You Cassandra for being a special employee and young lady. I hope that I will see you next time or chat on social media. You have my contact but I do not have yours. God bless you!!

Staff were really helpful, efficient and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable, Breakfast was better than usual for this type of hotel. Hotel was easy to find and access from the Interstate highway.

heating system/ AC unit was a bit noisy so turned it off for half the night but we were comfortable enough with the room temperature after we warmed up the room

I LOVE this hotel. I've been here a few times over the past couple months. When I come to Greensboro this is my hotel of choice, even though there is a million other one's surrounding this. I love the booking fee of only $20.00. They always let me check in early, especially after traveling from TN! Wayne is so wonderful! He is funny and crazy and I love coming to see him, it's the high light of check in.

The first time I booked, I got this clean amazing room just to die for on the third floor. This last time I got out on the 5th floor and it was disgusting, and I was so upset. Also, the heat didn't work I was in room 519, as long as they don't stick me in that room again I would come again.

Very nice and clean , was close to a lot of stores. love having fresh coffee and tea during the day and night.

Not having a small freezer in top cold enough to kept ice cream frozen.

This is my go-to property when in gso. The people and property are consistently top notch.

Still struggle with the comforter/duvet combination. It's quite thick and therefore hot. Much prefer a separate blanket.

Helpful staff, my reservation was messed up but the front desk was able to quickly work it out. Very good airport location well situated to nearby businesses.

Single ply toilet paper? Really? 15 minutes left for breakfast but staff refuses to replenish breakfast bar. The overly thick blankets are too hot. Better to have multiple blankets.

Everything was great, one of my biggest things is pillows and they were really soft

The tub looked a little dirty it was like yellow stained, wished it was a standing floor shower not a tub would have been a better experience for me.
