For the most part a pleasant experience however the first room was pretty much not ever cleaned. Management promptly corrected the issue and moved me to another room that was ok. I simply requested another way I could an extended stay with a hardship rage in lieu of my husband’s passing . Staff informed me they would let me know

The front desk receptionist was amazing and very helpful. I remember asking for forks and feeling bad for asking when I noticed she had to get up and go get them for me but she was pleasant and happy to help!

I have no takeaways! If I would have just taking a moment to read the booking email I would have been prepared for the hold !!! But I am very glad I continued!

Most everyone here is awesome as far as employees go!! Staff is amazing ☺️ and the price is super decent compared to others! I picked this place because for the same price as other similar hotels in area, you get so much more things with it such as the laundry facility, the pool and the gym!

Only soda machine for vending? I don't have transportation and sometimes hard for me to walk very far for just a quick snack. Even though, vending is usually pricey compared to stores close by. It would be nice if I don't feel like walking to the stores to have vending on property!

When the room we were initially given was unacceptable the receptionist went out of her way to make the situation right.Even putting a new mattress in the new room. The staff we talked to were friendly and professional.

The refrigerator could be bigger and it needed a cupboard.

had to change from my first room, because the beds had not been made the trash and not been picked up. The bathrooms had not been cleaned.

It was actually quite at night which was great for children! The rooms looked like they had just gotten updates and it looked really nice.

We had a little appliance problem, but we fixed it easy.

Breakfast is excellent sausage gravy and biscuits. The pool is so relaxing and a great way to unwind. They offer a grill so you can save money eating out. We have been here for a while and they are very helpful!

Ice machine broke and dryer broke.

The check in process was easy. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to help fulfill my needs. The location was perfect for what i was doing while in town. And the checkout was simple.

The only thing that was a burden, and out of everyone's control, was the limitations from the pandemic. It's a burden for everyone and all any of us can do is comply and make the best of it. The motel is understaffed because of the pandemic but still performed as professionals.

The staff in the office where very polite and made our stay so much better.

The beds could be replaced due to wear.

The breakfast was awesome.

The only thing that I did not like is the pool hours were short considering it is summer hours and also the towel problem where you did not get enough in your room and you had to swap them out anytime you need a new ones.
