Deborah at reception was lovely and made us feel very welcome after a long drive. She even gave us great recommendations for local bbq and was very kind to our daughter. She is a treasure! The room was very nice as well and the location was very convenient right off the highway. As always we greatly appreciate the free coffee bar in the reception area!

I really enjoyed the suite. It was really nice and clean. It felt more like being at home then in a hotel room.

My room wasn't available the first night and the vibe around the hotel on the first evening was a little sketchy. The morning crew were exceptional. Very cheery and attentive to the breakfast area and its cleanliness.

Breakfast was excellent with many choices. The nice young lady who supervised the breakfast area was pleasant, helpful and kept a close eye on stocking and cleaning. She was superb!

Everything was more than expected. I did lose a bit of sleep as the a/c cut on and off through the night, but the temperatures were comfortable.

The rooms were clean, bathroom was clean, the beds were very comfortable!! Breakfast was great!!

pictures show that this property has an indoor pool & it does not!! Very disappointing, this was the only reason we booked this hotel, it was cold & an indoor pool would’ve been great! didn’t like that it was advertised as having an indoor pool when it didn’t. Arrived at 3pm (check in time), room still wasn’t ready even though I checked in via the Hilton app the day before!

The breakfast was very good.

We booked through Booking.com which indicated no pets. Nothing against animals, but we are rural people and believe animals belong outside. We did see some pets and inquired at the desk when checking out. The clerk said the hotel was pet friendly. We don't think that Booking.com meant to mislead, but should follow up often with hotels to keep up with hotel policy changes.

Nice property, the staff is very friendly, breakfast is awesome in my opinion.

I like a cold room to sleep in, you can only get it down to 69, the thermostat is locked. Not a huge thing but a heads up.

The staff was awesome, especially during check in and through out the stay. Although all the staff was amazing Dorinda was exceptially kind and helpful. The others during the shift that Dorinda worked were awesome too.

It was all good

Location was convenient off I85 and easy to locate. Staff were very helpful with local directions and pre-answering questions I was going to ask. Breakfast was very good and breakfast area clean and organized. We went to the Polar Express Train in Spencer and this was just about 20 mins from our planned event.

It was good but nothing out of the ordinary.

Front desk could've been attentive. Check in was good. Only when I went to request plastic cutlery did I have complaint. I waited a while without being acknowledged until another lady walked in.

Nice breakfast. Roomy rooms and very clean. Comfy beds. Love the larger bath towels. And the blinds were amazing! Front desk staff was very helpful with our wacky reservation I had to make.

We were kicked out of the lobby a little after 10pm, which was unfortunate, but since there were rooms down the hall, it was understandable. Not a bad thing!
