do not listen to any negative reviews about this place. it was phenomenal! the room was clean. really clean. not a single hair in the bathroom. the carpet was safe to walk on with no shoes. there was Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. did not expect that. def a plus. very comfy bed. staff was amazing. breakfast & coffee wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer than one night. price was great too. to anyone with negative comments about this place - total pre Madonna!

wanted to stay longer

The location is easy to find and access from the interstate. Lots of food choices close by. The room itself was a good size and had plenty of space for 3 adults and 1 toddler. They had actual Dove soap, lotion, body wash and shampoo/condition for use in the room!

Nothing I didn’t really like. With renovations going on the directional sizes weren’t always available so the first time going through the halls to the room were a little confusing. However didn’t hear any noise from the renovation during our stay.

The lady who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

My only complaint was that when I checked out, I asked for a business receipt so I could give it to our accountant. Instead, I was given a "receipt" that showed only the price of the room without taxes included or any additional information. I didn't realize this until after I'd left the property.

The bathroom size was GREAT! Just the extra space made so much difference. There were 6 of us in 2 rooms. We used all 4 beds. All of us slept awful! New beds are in order for sure.

The beds were awful. I think I woke up 4 times. It made for an absolutely exhausting day. We used all four beds in the two rooms we rented and all of us had a difficult night.

The breakfast was very good every morning. It was always hot and several things to choose from, including fruit. And precautions for our safety. All the staff was friendly and courteous, but a young man named Travis was so very nice and helpful to us. He is the kind of person that will make people want to come back to your hotel.

Everything was fine.

Unfortunately they had to have water repairs done during our stay and the water was turned off between 10 and forone day which was an inconvenience to us but they did credit first day and we appreciated that so overall we were still satisfied.

Pool area and rooms

Hot coffee wasn't available in evening, coffee was cold and evening clerk couldn't change decanter they were too heavy.

The staff were professional and the facility was clean They are renovating. Breakfast was very good with fresh food.

I have no complaints.

Breakfast was fast, tasty and a fair choice of a cold or hot meal. Location was selected because of price and made for an easy drive to our destination the next morning. Hotel was undergoing renivations but everything was clean.

Air conditioning unit failed to removed humidity from the air making the room very cool but uncomfotably damp for the entire stay.
