The staff was very friendly. You walk in and it was so clean smelling. I would definitely stay again .

I enjoyed everything except we left our kids tube at the pool and one of cleaners took it and gave to their child. I had no proof it was mine. I just knew it was ours bc it half deflated and still had orange sticker piece on it. I only paid 5.00 for it but it just upset me that they would take it instead of puttin in lost and found .

Breakfast was Great, all the food was fresh and delicious. No need to go anywhere else for Breakfast. The Gentleman taking care of the Food line was courteous and helpful and did a good job of keeping things stocked.

Had to ask for and then Wait 20 minutes for clean bath towels. I felt this was something that should have been ready at the time of asking (4:30 pm.) We wanted to clean up after returning from being out and had to wait, fortunately this did not interfere with our scheduling.

The front desk staff was exceptional. When there was an issue with my room (very loud a/c), they were able to move me right away to another room. As a woman traveling alone, I was very grateful for how accommodating they were. The hotel had been under renovation and just reopened not long before my stay. The pool was closed. That was okey with me since I was only there one night. Some mention of the renovation and pool being closed might avoid future dissatisfaction.

Breakfast was very good. Clean rooms and front desk very accommodating.

Bed was too tall for a handicapped person. Although I am not handicapped per se, I recently had knee replacement and wanted a bath with a walk in shower which was granted. However in this room, the beds were a long way from the floor. The bathrooms also need some type of ventilation in them. There were no fans in the bathrooms so they got steamy.

Check in staff and kitchen staff were friendly and the lady at the desk helped me with my room key. I thought the omelets for breakfast was good! The location was great for me as well, places like Walmart, dollar tree, and restaurants are very close by and the gas station across the street.

I didn't like the link sausages for breakfast. I think they could have been cooked a little longer. But I've seen this at a few hotels as well, they seem to cook it light brown and grey. I had the patty sausage which was good.

The cleanliness of the inside and room.

i appreciate all places that allow pets. We have 2 chihuahuas that travel with us. We always clean up behind our pets on their walks outside. Unfortunately other pet owners were not cleaning up behind theirs. I would always make it clear to pet owners that the Holiday Inn Express is happy to serve pet owners but they expect the owners to clean up behind their pets. There was no trash can in the pet area. I believe adding one might help.

Was advised that dogs were allowed only on the first floor and prior to my arrival the hotel had acknowledged my allergies and asthma and told us that we would be placed in a room far away from any dogs. there was a dog staying right across from our room and another one at the end of the hallway. we were told that there was some sort of mixup and they did not know that there was a dog on our floor. Bathroom had two ticks. Hotel Ted offered to move us to another room however once we removed the text we did not see anything further and it would be too much of an inconvenience to repack everything for six days and move to another room on day three.

I loved how clean it was, how friendly staff were, how accommodating it was to have a baby traveling with me, my family absolutely loved the breakfast buffet as well.

I generally loved everything. I wish there was temperature control in the swimming pool outside because of how windy it gets, but that’s a little out there.

The breakfast bar is excellent with such a nice variety of food options.

I needed to do a load of laundry and the washing machine was not working so I had to locate a Laundry Matt out in town. The Laundry room is large enough to hold more than one washer & dryer, so my recommendation is to install a 2nd set so that if one is not working, there can be another washer/dryer available.

It was very clean, the breakfast was good and we ate every day of our stay, very friendly staff, I was able to do laundry and they cleaned our rooms daily at no extra charge. Beds were comfortable and room was large for our family of 4. My kids enjoyed the pool as well.

The property was great. I thought it was closer to the beach but that’s user error, I would stay here again anyways.
