It was a nice location. The view from the room was perfect. The pool was clean. Would stay again

Housekeeping is the only negative from the stay. At exactly 8 am they cleaned the room next to ours and were so loud. Woke us up because the trash shoot is next to our room. Sounds like they were dumping 60 glass bottles. The shower curtain from our room had dirty handprints on it.

We liked about everything! Comfortable room. Front desk staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Breakfast is satisfying, though we usually get Greek yogurt to go with our breakfasts for the protein boost. I love that the breakfast room looks out at the ocean and doesn't have TVs blaring news like so many do. Having a truly indoor pool was once more a beautiful thing on rainy days.

The walls between our room and the adjoining room were a bit thin. Thankfully, the occupants were pretty considerate. This property has been doing some great renovations. One thing I'd like to see improved is the stairs leading from the shower and gazebo to the parking lot. Erosion has made them a bit tricky to navigate. We only had one washcloth when we got into our room, but the front desk was quick to provide more.

We've stayed here every year for 3 years now ! The location is EVERYTHING !! Right on the beach and an 8 min walk to breakers ! Also, about a 6 min walk to the pier .

This year, there were a couple of things I wasn't too fond of . The first thing being how they rigged the air conditioner outside ! It was leaking water onto the balcony into a HUGE puddle! So that takes away from the experience a lot, having to go out and sit with your feet in water. The second thing is that the only ice machine is in the first building.Also have a personal coffee maker in the rooms but dont give ANY filters and i couldnt find the filters in a store anywhere. The last and always a problem is the water pressure !!! OH MY GOD ! A dripping faucet would probably do better .

Location Location Location! nothing like staying on the beach and just being able to walk out on the sand in the morning. We could walk to the pier and little restaurant for sandwiches and ice cream. We appreciated being able to park and use facilities prior to checkin since we arrived early.

Beds were lumpy and hard. Not enough hooks for towels and swimsuits in the bathroom. The indoor pool area needed more ventilation. The hot tub was gross. The worker came in and then poured shock in it while we were in the indoor pool and told us not to let anyone get in 20 minutes…probably should have had a sign.

I loved that breakfast was included in our stay, however it wasn't all that great. I loved how my room was cleaned after being away at the beach, coming back to a clean room is nice. I also loved how close it was to the beach, and the parking was great.

The breakfast could be better. The way the buildings are set up are confusing. I did not like how you had to travel through so many doors after leaving the elevator to get to the room. If I had known that it was this way I would have booked in the lobby building. It rained most of the weekend and we had to walk through rain every time we went through a door to get to our room. I did not like how the pool was closed so often. The weather was not great to be outdoors the weekend we stayed and we had a 3 year old who wanted to stay in the pool but it was shortened due to several cleanings in a day. Not very child friendly.

The beachfront location is perfect, right over the causeway bridge and close to the pier and mini golf, restaurants, shopping and more!! The staff is always so friendly and do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. Breakfast is included and is both hot and cold food. Can’t wait to go back!!

The elevator had issues, but the hotel was quick to get a repair company there. Things happen, so no reason to be upset or annoyed with it.

Access to the beach was perfect. The setup of the resort was pretty convenient with the parking below. We also like the rental arrangement the hotel had with the beach rentals. Lastly, everyone enjoyed the balcony overlooking the beach.

Breakfast didn't have egg or meat options. When we arrived, we had to walk to the front desk to get towels that should have been set up in the toom. If there

Front desk staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean and ready when we arrived. We arrived later in the night but the check in was quick and easy. I always love staying here and enjoying the beach.

Had to park across the street and there were limited breakfast items. Also I lost my water bottle and no one turned it in. Someone was able to receive a blessing in the form of an orange water bottle.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Good coffee and creamers were available in the lobby. Pool towels were clean and soft. Rooms on the island side were larger than ocean front and the layout of the room was great. The indoor pool was actually warm enough to enjoy the water. Nice to have a functional hot tub to use also.

Hot tub very small. Being Diabetic there was not much I could eat from the breakfast selections.

location, easy to find, very child friendly with all the gates locking

tiki bar was only open on Sunday- should be open daily, we would’ve utilized it quite a bit breakfast was only so so - more fresh fruit and some hard boiled eggs would have been good. toaster was halfway broke. staff could’ve been a bit more attentive to cleanliness of room(dirty tables, trash overflowing)
