The man at the front desk was very nice. He made sure that we were checked in and that we had everything we needed. The housekeeping ladies were very kind and the lady at the front desk in the morning was very kind as well. We felt very welcome. Breakfast was fresh, warm and delicious and the hotel is very clean.

I have no complaints whatsoever. I will definitely book again. The location was great and the grounds were well kept. Didn't feel uncomfortable at all. There was a Bojangles in walking distance and a Pizza Hut also in walking distance, you would just have to walk across the highway.

Very comfortable bed with a large space and great pillows! The staff were all really nice and the cookies were a bonus! We were located in a great place to catch the ferry to Ocracoke! Parking was plentiful. The bathroom was large and i LOVED the lights mirror! Breakfast was delicious with a large amount of choices and all delicious! I loved the late check out!

Not one thing that I didn't like! Everything was fabulous for us! I wouldn't change a thing about our stay!

The hotel staff was very warm and friendly. Free coffee and snacks were great. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The room was cleaned well.

The water pressure in the shower was low. Not sure, but it could have been because of so many at the hotel. A more modern walk-in shower would be great. The door that led outside towards pool looked dated/old. Some remodeling

I liked the fact that the room was spacious and nice and clean and the bathroom was nice and clean and huge. We also didn’t have to go out and find breakfast we ate it there at the hotel through our stay. The staff was kind except on check out day the cleaning crew woke us up at 6:00 am and kept harassing the rest of the day until we left to clean our room…. We had a couple of hours left to get things ready…

The cleaning team only came once to clean during our entire stay. The water had a certain smell.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable.

Some guess we’re very noisy. They allowed their kids to play in the hallway. One guess has a dog that barked too much.

We had booked a 2 bed room and they ended up having to give us a king bed. It was my husband, son and I. They don’t have anything else available but did find a roll a bed for us to use.

Breakfast was very good. Especially liked the new auto waffle machine. The ladies in charge of the dinning area were very accommodating. The desk staff was very helpful with local information. The room was very clean and well maintained.

The room air conditioner had a very "musty" smell that permeated the room. There were a sizable number of the guests who drove pick-up trucks equipped with loud engine/mufflers that were parked directly in front of the hotel and adjacent to guest rooms. Many were cranked and left idling at 5:30 to 6:30 a.m. awaking other guests. Parking of those types of vehicles should be restricted to the outer rim of the parking lot.

The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The cable was great. Its well located for the Swan Quarters ferry.

There wasn't ice available.

Breakfast options were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Only complaint was that stopper in bathroom sink was disconnected — could have made the repair myself but couldn’t find the spring that locked the two rods together.

My room wasn’t clean up to standards ,balcony was disgusting..people were outside my room very loud with music way into the night
